Super nettes Personal, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Betten waren sehr bequem. Leckeres Frühstück vorallem die Salate .
Zimmer mit 2 Kindern +Kinderwagen sehr klein. Zimmer waren sehr warm

Sehr freundliches Personal, super Lage, es gab Tickets für Bus und Bahn für drei Tage dazu - sehr hilfreich, man muss es nicht selbst kaufen.

The hotel is really well-located and the staff were very attentive. The rooms are nice and clean, as well as very well-equipped. All in all, a great stay!

We felt welcome immediately, all of the staff, everyone smiles and acknowledged us when we came in and out. Great location too. The room itself was a bit too hot but maybe we didnt figure out how to use the cooling and warming system

Very good location, easy to Park our bikes safely in the hotel

Very clean room, confortable bed good bathroom. Location very calm but still close to city centre. 2 train stations nearby and one U. Staff were really helpful. As an extra they provide you a ticket for public transport that we didn't need but could help you anyway great stay. They also lend us an umbrella as it was really rainy.

I enjoy the small boutique style of the property, the location convenience, selection at breakfast was also good.
I wish European hotels offered wash cloths in the bathrooms as opposed to bringing my own. When I requested some, I was told that there were none; but on the last day I then discovered some in the WC in entry level..

The room accommodated comfortably the four of us. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the location allowed for easily stroll around Hamburg without taking public transport. However, the Hotel also kindly offered a transportation card for all the members of the family. We would recommend this hotel.

It was a short walk to the lake and to City Hall. There was a very nice German-style restaurant a few doors away. You may catch the Hop on Hop off bus right in front.

Location is great, staff responsive and polite, room very clean, kettle in the room for tea/coffee. Voucher to use public transportation paid by hotel - amazingly convenient. Sauna at the end of the day is a very nice touch and also actual fireplace at the lobby. Overall, great value for money.

Location is great and the hotel gave us a ticket to use for all city transport. It was so useful for us.
