The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful too. There was so much choice and the quality was first class. The décor, the rooms, the facilities, the service, was all first class too.
Nothing, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

La chambre était magnifique. Nous avons demandé une chambre avec une douche italienne et nous l’avons eue. Le personnel était très aimable et le parking juste devant la porte. En cas de besoin, des courses peuvent être faites dans le supermarché qui se trouve juste en face. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les gaufres fraîches préparées minute.
Le parking extérieur de l’hôtel se mélange en quelque sorte avec le parking du supermarché et du stade qui se trouvent juste en face de l’hôtel. Je ne suis pas sûre, mais je pense qu’un parking souterrain existe pour les clients qui craindraient se faire abîmer leur voiture.

- The "spa" was nice but a jacuzzi would've made it perfect.
We had to show our room keycard to get into the hotel because the security guy did not believe that we were staying in this hotel

I did not like that I booked a Taxi through the front desk and I was told that it will cost 160 euro when actually the driver asked for 200 euro because I paid with a credit card.

The room was large and pleasant, the beds were extraordinarily comfortable, the breakfast was very complete, the bathroom, large enough and split (toilet / shower). It was very pleasant to be able to open the window. There is a small gym at the top floor with a great view of Gent in the distance. Very pleasant lobby, good wifi.
The hotel is very far from the centre of Gent, so not practical for tourism. Other than at the top floors, there is really no view worthy of the name.

Everything was perfect.
Check out time was 11:00 o’clock but staff helped us till 12:00.

Great hotel. Excellent restaurant. Good skybar. Good rooms. Can recommend the breakfast, worth it, even if it is a little expensive.
The blankets were too warm unless you set the thermostat really low. The room was cleaned eventhough we took the option to have a tree planted instead. The location was outside the city with a view of the industrial area.

Very nice quiet room, very spacious, and given the price I had to pay very good value for money, Breakfast is excellent. I would definitely return to this hotel, People at the reception are friendly and helpful.
