Upon entering the unit, you are greeted with vaulted ceilings, fresh paint, wonderful fixtures, and tasteful furnishings. The completely remodeled kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and Knotty alder doors and cabinets giving a mountain feel, (rustic but elegant). You will find it stocked with all the necessities to prepare a delicious feast. The dining area offers seating for six plus an additional two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living space features a comfy sofa, flat screen TV and cozy wood burning fireplace. Sit back and relax while sipping a glass of wine and discussing the days adventures or step outside to enjoy third floor views off your private balcony complete with gas barbecue and whip up a delectable meal. Make your way down the hall to find the newly renovated guest bathroom with granite countertops and a shower/soaker tub combo. The guest bedroom is fitted with a twin XL upper bunk/queen/twin trundle and new hotel quality linens providing flexible sleeping options for families. The master bedroom is complete with flat screen TV, queen bed with plush linens, and en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom invites you in with a glass corner radius shower, granite countertops and new fixtures. Conveniently located at the bottom of Beaver Creek Resort in Avon. Walking distance to Nottingham Lake and ski shuttles and on the City of Avon bus route, (short walk to bus stop). There is a gorgeous riverside walk/bike path that goes from Edwards to Vail immediately behind unit. There are also public picnic tables and BBQs in the grassy area behind the unit near river bike path. The ideal place to picnic and enjoy the sun! Extra amenities include full size washer/dryer, an assortment of 25 board games, parking, and a locked storage closet for skis and bikes just outside the unit. The location was great, close enough to walk to the Gondola in ski/snowboard gear if you're comfortable walking in boots.

Check in was very smooth. Location is perfect. Unit is advertised as completely remodeled condo. The only thing new is a small slab of granite for the kitchen. Everything else seems to be 25-30 years old. Kitchen wear was very old, pillows were so old the property manager took them out of the unit after seeing them. Beds were rock hard. Mattresses were the old style floral print ones from the 80’s. The fact that the unit was dated was not the main issue we had. Cleanliness and maintenance were the main issues. Utensils had visible food from prior guests on them. The carpets were visibly soiled. When you walked on them there were wet and crunchy spots. We would not walk bare foot on them. Upon inspection of the pillows under the cases, they were severely stained and appeared to be decades old. The kitchen sink was slow to drain. And the biggest let down was no hot water. One person would shower then no hot water for hours. At this point (night one) we got a hold of the property manager who wanted to send a plumber at 10pm. We had just traveled 10 hours and wanted to wait until the morning. When morning came we were met with hostility and told we had our opportunity the night before. Seven hours later, someone from the property management’s company came to inspect and agreed the unit was in no shape to be rented. The water hearted in the unit was extremely old upon his inspection. He apologized for the cleanliness and agreed the unit owner has severely neglected it.

I recently stayed for 4 nights in a delightful condo that boasted both charm and convenience. The location was excellent, making it easy to access local attractions and amenities. The condo itself was clean and well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.

This condo is a very short walk to a variety of places to visit/eat and things to do. The condo is nicely updated with all the modern amenities. The Liftview Condominiums complex was very quiet and peaceful during our stay. We enjoyed walking along the river, visiting the downtown park/lake and hopping the free shuttle up to Beaver Creek Resort- where Octoberfest 2023 was in full swing- lots of food, music and entertainment. We look forward to staying at Liftview Condo C305 again sometime, should our travels lead us to the Avon/Vail area. Agave Mexican Restaurant is just across the river bridge from the condo- the food is amazing!

This condo was a great find. In a quiet area but less than a mile from fun restaurants and shops. Had everything we needed. We skied Beaver Creek and had the best ski days since we’ve been coming to Vail.

Keep in mind I have nothing else to compare to in the area. From what we could tell from the website, it seemed better and bigger but that’s probably typical for an hotel or vacation spot. Communication and assistance with staff was unbeatable. Parking was perfect right in front. It was great having washer and dryer in the unit. Appliances were perfect. Carpet was stained in places but everything was clean. We had all we needed supplied and then some. It just needs some updates and maintenance but nothing horrible. I won’t stay there again but I may have to pay more. Bed mattresses and pillows are possibly decades beyond needing replaced. Gap between carpet and bathroom tile just covered with carpet remnant. Blinds don’t work well enough to block light. Deck was covered with thick snow and ice making it hard to get to grill but manageable.

The condo is small but perfect for our family of 4. Two bathrooms meant minimal wait times. The beds were comfortable and the condo is stocked with enough kitchen tools to make a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and low key place to stay while on vacation.

Overall it's a good place to stay. Quiet location, close to attractions. Only shortcoming is that the kitchen isn't as well stocked as other places we've stayed. No grill tools for the grill, etc. But certainly not a huge deal.

the property and location is great, but the parking situation is incredibly sensitive with the neighbors. We had a neighbor wake us up at midnight with pounding on the door to move our car, only to find out someone else's car was in her parking spot. We were told multiple times that if we parked in the wrong spot our car would be booted, even though the parking lot was less than 50% full. The property and management team were very helpful, but we left with an unfortunately negative taste in our mouth.
