If we could give this more than 5 stars we definitely would!!! The home is absolutely gorgeous, every level is magical with spacious rooms and beautiful views from every window! The wrap around deck was perfect for gathering around the fire pit or chatting while grilling some of our favorite foods on the grill. The heated pool and gazebo were amazing!! We enjoyed many hours of relaxation floating around in our tubes and then enjoying some cocktails under the lights in the gazebo. The clay tennis court was one of our favorite activities - we had never played on clay before and loved it. We even had fun "raking" it after each session. The ping pong table was also a big hit! We did venture out to the North Conway area a few times as it is only 25 minutes away, but we couldn't wait to get back "home". The home came with every amenity you could ever think of and then some. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was an air conditioner in every bedroom! I really can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at this property and we will definitely rent here again!

The home is beautiful and great for families. We especially enjoyed the pool/gazebo area and tennis courts. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare and eat your meals, including children's highchair and dinnerware. Family room included a ping pong table and lots of games/dvd for everybody to enjoy. Our only issue was with Mother Nature and the recent damage due to rain/flooding which made the road up to the house uncomfortable to go out at night. The town was actively working to fix the roads while we were there so shouldn't be an issue much longer. Overall, i would definitely recommend this place and would love to return again.

We had a great time. House was just as described. It was super private, the pool was warm and clean, the beds were comfy, lots of games for the kiddos, everything was perfect! We reached out to the owner via text a few times with minor questions and responses were quick and helpful. I appreciated that we didn’t need to strip beds and start laundry at check-out, it made packing up and heading home that much easier. I highly recommend this property!

Great vacation in Madison. Big, beautiful, well appointed home . The weather during the week wasn’t the greatest, but having the heated pool was a great option . House is close to North Conway but just far enough off the beaten path to enjoy the beauty and quiet of the White Mountains . Definitely planning a return trip in 2024 !!!

The property was perfect for our New Hampshire long weekend and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The location was fantastic and offered a quick ride to King Pine Ski Mountain, Silver Lake and grocery stores/convenience stores. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything two families with young children could want. We had one question during our stay and our hosts replied back immediately. We are looking forward to going up again this summer and enjoying the tennis court and pool!

The property was accurately advertised. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. and other basic pantry items. There was a new coffeemaker and nice refrigerator and gas stove/oven. The beds were comfortable. Also, as an FYI, there is no TV in the kitchen/family room on the second floor but there is a TV in the family room on the first floor. The location was convenient to North Conway and ski areas. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The only reason we gave it 4 stars and not 5 was that the house took a long time to reach 68 degrees when we arrived since guests cannot use the wood pellet stove so the house was heated with baseboard heat only.

The property is nice but can use some TLC. It’s tired in areas that have great potential. Location is good between N. Conway and Ossipee allowing for convenient day trips and hikes. It was a nice week away with the family.

We all enjoyed our stay!! It was perfect for all ages. The house and the outdoor space worked well for us. The pool was fabulous and we enjoyed the deck space with the kids. The location was also convenient to so many places to visit in the area.

We had 3 generations staying together. Plenty of space. Everything was clean. We didn’t take advantage of the tennis courts because we spent so much time in the pool.
Some of the instructions need updating.

Wonderful Getaway
My family and I had a lovely stay at this amazing property. It’s very open and homey.
We often sat with our dogs on the huge wraparound deck.
Everybody’s favorite thing to do was to swim in the private pool.
The house was very accessible to shopping and a short drive to North Conway.
Angela was great about getting back right away with any questions we had.
We’d love to stay here again in the future!

Private resort
The property is very private. The outdoors are beautiful. The pool is great but chilly. It is supposed to be heated but we could only use it once because the water was so cold. The house provides lots of space to spread out. The ping pong table was fun. The kitchen was well apointed. My only complaint was that there were so many locks. There were 2 locks to get in the door and a combination lock on the pool fence, tennis court, and garage, all with different combinations. So much time was spent just trying to access everything. I would suggest a different lock system and one book with all the lock combinations since it was almost like a scavenger hunt to find them. This is not how I wanted to spend our first day. However, once unlocked, we enjoyed our stay. With a few changes, it could be perfect.

Beautiful Home with everything you need
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We stayed with a family of 6. Everyone has plenty of comfortable space and we enjoyed making/eating dinners together and relaxing in the family room playing ping pong. The owners were very responsive and the beautiful home has everything you need! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Everything was amazing. Clean and fully stocked with what ever you need to prep a meal. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. They thought of everything .

Difficulty getting in but called the owner and he remotely opened the door. Stairs were covered in ice. WE didn’t realize the living room area was on 1st floor separate from kitchen area stairs were difficult for one person in our group. House was very clean. Loved the heated floors.

This home is exactly as described in the listing. The check in and check out process was a breeze. Unfortunately it was raining the whole time we were on vacation but we made the best of it and our family enjoyed your home and the jacuzzi. My daughter truly enjoyed the toys and games downstairs. This house is 100% as nice as it looks in the pictures. My husband and I went on vacation with our two dogs and this was such an amazing find. The house is clean and well kept. It also has lots of little extras, like dog beds, tissues and some other homey touches that makes it feel more like a home rather than a rental.
A little sad that the dogs and I couldn’t use the pool, but overall great choice for vacation.
