A very relaxing atmosphere

friendly helpful staff, they were always available to help, a good range of food , the quietness of my room and the shower was great

Wonderful rooms, staff and location

The rooms and excellent, clean and spacious. The wifi is good. The staff are exceptional - everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help. It has a brilliant space to work and is accessible for the city.

I organised an airport pickup and it did not arrive. As a solo female travelled with no phone signal, this left me in a difficult situation. The exact same thing happened with a colleague, so I hope this can be fixed in the future. The food is hit and miss. The vegetarian and vegan options are very limited. In fact, the poke bowl is labelled on the menu as vegetarian, but it turned out to have chicken stock in it. This is not acceptable, especially when you do not eat certain meats or ingredients as a religious requirement or because of allergies. I hope this will be improved in the future as I would like to stay again.

The quorum

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and so helpful. They had a lovely gym, very modern and well equipped. The food was out of this world, very tasty.

Very pleasant, convenient and easy!

The staff were exceptional. Not just one member, but everyone we met was friendly, efficient and helpful. The beds were also really comfortable.

Great place to stay for work, really convenient to much of downtown Lusaka. Wonderful staff.

Love the gym! The equipment works well, and there are numerous treadmills, ellipticals, bikes as well as weights. It's a large space, well-maintained and really easy to use.

Not having a refund policy for the guests who have paid for more nights and have to cut short of their stay at the hotel and travel back

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were excellent.

The restaurant was closed due to a private event. The food was therefore quite limited.

Very good

The staff were very friendly and accomodating to requests. Breakfast options were great though it lacked any kind of cheese or fresh juices !

Room was kind of small The minibar made noise on and off The coffee wasn’t that good and non-dairy milk wasn’t available

Good

The place was nice, room was comfortable and the staff were really friendly and nice. The location is prime, very close to all the major shopping and eating areas.

The food, I was very shocked at the lack of quality in the food, they really need to improve this.
