Wonderful stay with very responsive communication. Tiny home was within walking distance of Green Lake and a quick ride away from Ballard. Would stay again.

My son and I came to Seattle on the Empire Builder to check out some of the sights. Originally, I tried to book a hotel downtown but prices were outrageous. The Tiny house was very affordable and the location was great. The house itself is very nice. Kind of like a little cabin in the city. The neighborhood was very nice. We took a walk around Green Lake and visited the Fremont Troll. The house has it's own parking space which is a bonus because there are more cars than parking spaces in Seattle. Other reviews complain that there is no air conditioning, which is true, but the weather was great and there is a big ceiling fan so it was perfect for sleeping. Who needs a/c in Seattle! There was a little confusion about putting bedding in a washing machine before checking out. There was no washer/dryer on site. We called the management company, but never received a call back. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the tiny house and would love to come back someday.

Good location. Could be cleaner. Only two sets of towels for a house that sleeps 4. No pillowcases for the pull out couch pillows. A few things that were overlooked. But for the price, not too bad. Easy access to the bus line, close to downtown and super cute neighborhood/Main Street area.

Had an enjoyable stay. The location is wonderful! Just a short walk from tons of restaurants, coffee shops, a book store etc. And in the other direction is the lake. One of my favorite areas in Seattle.

This is a fun little home! The important things: great water pressure, comfortable bed, lots of hot water, safe, and quiet.
It was charming and perfect for our needs. My 5 year old loved the ladder to the loft.

It is a tiny home but great if you want to stay in Green Lake area. Price was on point.

This place was fine for my stay. I know other reviews mention it, but I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch as the ladder was a bit too much, especially if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I didn’t realize the door automatically locked when you leave and I got locked out with no phone. Thankfully the lady in the main house knew the code. Otherwise, it was a great place.

I stayed here for a weekend to visit nearby family, and I couldn't have been happier and more comfortable in this place. The Tiny House has everything you need in a compact space. It is also in a great neighborhood with just a right mix of neighborhood and urban convenience. Phinney Avenue is only a couple of blocks away, with shops, restaurants, coffee, and amazing pastries. When on the top of Phinney Ridge you can see both the Cascade and Olympic Mountains on either side. I would love to stay here again.

It would be hard to beat the location of this property. Plenty of street parking or parking in front of the house. A quick three blocks to the loop around Green Lake, one of Seattle’s favorite parks, and three blocks from all the fun restaurants and markets on Greenwood and Phinney Ridge. The layout of the house is very open and maximizes the space. I was able to cook meals and clean up without any issues. I haven’t climbed a ladder to get in and out of bed in a long time, but it was kind of fun to sit up above everything. I’d definitely recommend this for one or two people to stay.

Amazing I wish my stay would have been longer. Great tiny home experience !!!
If you enjoy climbing up a ladder to get into bed go for it! There is also a pull out sofa couch there.
Thank you for the experience.

The tiny house was a nice little quiet space to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was comfy
The bath was a lot larger than I thought it would be. The kitchenette fit my needs perfectly. They only frustrations were trying to turn on the TV without a remote and a lack of drawers for my clothes. But those were only minor annoyances for me. Over all, it was a fantastic stay.

We were quite pleased with our visit to Phinney Ridge. Quiet neighborhood, close to running path, a few fun bars and coffee houses, plus very close to public transportation for getting downtown.
The loft bed requires able body without fear of heights but if you’re not up for the challenge, the couch folds out as well. We slept there two nights.

I booked this tiny home for a 2 night stay with my 3 kids (14,12 & 8). We picked the hottest week of the year, so it was warm without A/C but the large ceiling fan and additional fans provided by the owners helped. My older girls slept in the loft but it would have been a challenge to get up to if I had to sleep up there. The ladder is narrow and straight up and down. It would have been nice to have a microwave and or freezer/ice maker. We did use the small oven and refrigerator during our stay with no issues. The owners were super friendly and accommodating asking several times if there was anything we needed. We would stay again!

Great home base
Great location to use as a base to get out and about in Seattle. East walking distance to Green Lake and restaurants. Worked well for our family of four with two preschool age kids.

Fun
Excellent accommodations and location. Clean and small as advertised. Two rec's.... with tiny house, need hooks in bathroom and LR to get clothes, jackets up and out of the way. Also a microwave helpful. Inexpensive recommendations. Would stay again, thank you 😊

super great experience in a super great area.
this place was very enjoyable. i don’t recommend if you cannot climb a ladder (the loft ladder is not the easiest) but you can use the pull out bed downstairs if anything. the hosts were awesome. the location was so beautiful and fun. i highly recommend this tiny home experience!

My husband and I stayed with our college-aged daughter and our small dog. The tiny house was really well appointed and in a really convenient location. Lots of restaurants close by, including Bongas, a favorite of our daughter. Do consider the ladder to the loft. The “steps” are very narrow and far apart. No problem for our daughter but an adventure for her parents!
We only interacted with the hosts once, to ask for dog bags (can’t believe I didn’t bring enough). He gave me a whole roll and told us to ask for anything else we needed. Really a great experience.

If you’re looking for a spot to get the full Seattle experience - this is it. Not far from Greenlake, Phinney/Greenwood, or Ballard! The house was the perfect size for the two of us (and our dog) and we never felt like it was too crowded. We spent most of our days out and about, but it was always a place to look forward to for a cozy evening. The bathroom is also a great size so never crowded when getting ready for the day. Will most definitely recommend this place to everyone and visit again soon!
