Situated in Can Picafort, this lovely condo for $123 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Fully equipped apartment for 4 guests. Kitchen with exterior views,: microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle washing machine toaster ..... Bathroom with bathtub: towels, hair dryer .... Dining room with balcony, heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, wiffi. The apartment has an elevator, on the top floor there is a large terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views and you can also hang your clothes. At 50 meters from the apartment you will find our beautiful and long pedestrian promenade, also a (public) swimming pool with sea water. Only 3 minutes walking is a small and beautiful Son Baulo beach and also a supermarket with bakery and homemade pastry, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop ... all this makes our clients enjoy their holidays more they have it all very close without having to take a car. In addition, different leisure activities can be practiced such as: diving, horseback riding, bicycle, car and motorcycle rental, visits to the Phoenicians and Albufera natural park ... We also have a small tourist train with many schedules where you can see our entire town.

Très bon séjour.
Appartement confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé à une rue de la mer.
L'accueil de la propriétaire fut chaleureux et sympathique.
Lors de mon séjour en mars, j'ai pu apprécier le calme du quartier. J'aurais juste un petit conseil pour la propriétaire qui serait de prévoir un petit radiateur dans la salle de bain.

Ruhe zum Jahresende
Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen über Weihnachten und Neujahr 2021/22 Gast in dieser schönen Wohnung in Son Baulo. Der Check In war problemlos und schnell. Montse hatte das Wohnzimmer etwas weihnachtlich geschmückt. Etwas Wasser, Zitronen und Orangen halfen über den ersten Abend. Das Internet war perfekt, so dass wir an den Arbeitstagen auch arbeiten konnten, in den freien Stunden haben wir die Spaziergänge an der nahen Uferpromenade und Ausflüge auf der Insel sehr genossen. Am Heiligen Abend überraschte uns die nahe katholische Kirche mit einer Aufführung des Sybillengesangs (UNESCO-Welterbe). Obwohl nur sehr wenige Restaurants geöffnet waren, waren wir durch die Supermärkte (u.a. Lidl, Eroski) sehr gut versorgt.
Für 4 Personen war die Wohnung dann aber vielleicht doch etwas klein. Die ausgeklappte Schlafcoach im Wohnzimmer nahm doch viel Platz und auch die Sitzgelegenheit.
Wir würden diese Wohnung dennoch jederzeit wieder buchen, dann allerdings eher nur mit 2 Personen.

Super
Wohnung war sehr, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Kühlschrank mit Startfüllung versehen, da wir sehr spät ankamen. Sehr gastfreundlich. Winziger Wermutstropfen: Wohnung hat sehr kleinen Balkon - nur ausreichend für 2 Erwachsenen zum Frühstücken.

Super Urlaub
Urlaub war wunderschön. Die Wohnung hell und sauber ganz nah vom Meer.Die Sandstrände liegen ca. 600 Meter entfernt.Wir wollen wieder kommen Familie Vogel

Tolle Ferien in Son Baulo
Das Apartment liegt in 2ter Meereslinie im schönsten Teil Son Baulo von Can Picafort!Drumherum sind schöne Grünanlagen(mit vielen Sportgeräten),der Wochenmarkt(immer Freitags) beginnt auch direkt vor der Tür und natürlich die schöne Meerespromenade!Bushaltestelle,Polizeistation, sowie Tabacoladen und ein paar nette Restaurants ,gleich um die Ecke am Plaza Gabriel Roca,welcher direkt am Meer liegt und tolle Wasserspringbrunnen in seiner Fläche hat(toll für Kinder bei heissem Wetter)!!!Es gibt dort auch direkt an der Promenade eine coole Chillout Lounge,welche zum Hotel/restaurant Mar Y Paz gehört,in der man im grossen Meerwasserpool(wird jeden Tag mit frischem Meerwasser durch eine Schleuse befüllt) schwimmen darf. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet,mit allem was man braucht.Viel Stauraum und gut funtionierende Klimaanlage!Maria Montse(Gastgeberin)und ihre Familie betreiben einen florierenden Supermarkt nicht weit von der Wohnung und haben haben uns dort herzlich empfangen,nachdem wir viel früher angereist waren als vorher angegeben!Montse ist eine tolle Gastgeberin,welche sich viel Zeit nimmt für Ihre Gäste,alles erklärt,jederzeit erreichbar ist und noch dazu super deutsch und englisch spricht!Sie hilft bei jedem Problem und gibt einem tolle Tipps für die Tage vor Ort!(Feierlichkeiten,Resaurants,usw.)
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Paco und Montse und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Phantastische Gastgeber an einen schönen Ort
Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Zeit in einer schönen Ferienwohnung an einen schönen Ort. Ein herzliches liebes Dankeschön an Montse. Eine SUPER-Gastgeberin die uns noch spät Abends empfing, uns schon Getränke und Speisen in den Kühlschrank stellte und uns am Folgetag zu einen kleinen Frühstück einlud und uns Tips zur Umgebung gab. Can Picafort - zum Jahreswechsel ein Oase der Erholung
Bei der Ankunft wurde man herzlich von der Gastgeberin begrüßt. Das Appartement liegt in direkte Nähe zum Meer. Am morgen hat man eine wunderschönen Ausblick auf den weitläufige Küstenverlauf und das Meer. Für die Selbstverpflegung war das Apartment bestens ausgestattet. Für die Zubereitung der Speisen stand uns eine vollausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung. Im Wohnzimmer und dem angrenzende Balkon konnten man die Sonne in vollen Zügen genießen. Einen besonderen Dank an die freundliche Gastgeberin, da sie uns in allen Belangen weitergeholfen hatte.

Great!
The town is small and nice. We rented a car and managed to see all the main attractions on the Island. The apartment is just near the sea and you can walk to the beach. If you walk along the sea to the right you will arrive to Son Baulo which is a nice beach, and there's a walking trail if you want to have a nice hike. There's also a public pool just downstairs from the apartment. The apartment was excellent, very clean and new, we are really loved it! The owners, Montse and Paco waited for our arrival late in the evening and were very kind and helpful. Recommended!

Gemütliches Apartment mit super Aussicht
Die 10 Tage im Apartment von Montse und Paco waren traumhaft schön. Das Apartment war bei Ankunft sehr sauber, die Aufteilung ist gut und ein kleiner Balkon mit kleinem Tisch und 2 Stühlen war auch vorhanden.
Die Begrüßung durch die Vermieter war sehr, sehr herzlich und wir haben viele gute Tipps erhalten (z.B. wo man schön und gut essen gehen kann).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am Rande von Can Picafort, so dass man nicht die ganzen Touri-Massen vor der Haustüre hat ;-) Dennoch ist man schnell im Geschehen, immer nur der schönen Strandpromendade entlang. Auch der Strandabschnitt in San Baulo (Tipp von Montse :) ) war uns sympatischer als der volle Strand in Can Picafort selbst.
Alles in allem: perfekt gelegene Wohnung in einem ruhigen Haus, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr sympathische Vermieter und in unmittelbarer Nähe der kleine Supermarkt von Montse und Paco, in dem wir jeden Morgen leckeres Baguette bekommen haben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Das Wetter war Anfang Mai super toll...die Tipps von Montse für Ausflüge und Restaurants sehr hilfreich.
Besonders gut hat es uns bei Don Denis gefallen...die Sangria ist der Hammer, das Essen sehr lecker.
Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener, erster Aufenthalt auf der Insel.

Wieder ein Traumurlaub bei den besten Vermietern!
Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in einer der Wohnungen von Paco und Montse und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
Die Wohnungen sind beide mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Außerdem ist es schön ruhig, da es sich um keine große Anlage handelt. Vom Balkon aus schaut man aufs Meer. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man den Strand, Restaurants und den Laden der Beiden, wo es in der Saison extrem leckere, von Paco hergestellte Backwaren und alles Andere für den täglichen Bedarf gibt. Die Zwei sind so herzlich, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt, dass man glaubt nach Hause zu kommen, einfach wunderbar!
Als Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Ausflüge ist die Lage sehr gut, zumal man den Mietwagen ganz problemlos vor dem Haus parken kann. Auch der Bus in Orte wie Alcúdia, Pollenca etc hält ganz in der Nähe.
Neben den vielen bekannten Ausflugstipps möchten wir zwei etwas unbekanntere geben. Zum einen ist die Finca Son Real nur einige Kilometer entfernt an der Straße in Richtung Artà ein nettes Ziel. Es gibt ein kleines Museum, eine riesige Finca mit Tieren und quer durch das Gelände der Finca einen direkten Zugang zum Strand und zu einer talayotischen Grabanlage direkt am Meer. Das alles ist kostenlos! Mit viel Glück entdeckt man auch eine Landschildkröte.
Als zweiten Tipp möchten wir einen Ausflug nach Betlem in der Nähe von Artà empfehlen. Von dort aus führt ein sehr leichter, aber traumhafter Weg in eine völlig abgelegene Badebucht, Es Caló.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub
Wir haben im August unseren ersten Flugurlaub als Familie im 2-Zimmer Appartment von Paco und Montse verbracht.
Wir - eine vierköpfige Familie mit zwei- und vierjährigem Kind - haben uns während der 12 Tage Urlaub sehr gut aufgehoben, beraten und betreut gefühlt.
In der Wohnung, die ideal ruhig gelegen ist, gibt es alles was man braucht: Küche mit allen Geräten, Waschmaschine, Handtücher und Bettwäsche, Sonnenschirme für den Strand sind vorort. In der Nähe des Hafens Can Picaforts liegt die Wohnung zwischen zwei großen Ständen, die alle beide fußläufig erreichbar sind. Selbst den wunderbaren Strand Platja de Muro (3km) haben wir mit beiden Kindern mehrfach fußläufig erreichen können. Wasser und Strände sind vermutlich die schönsten Mallorcas - alle anderen Strände, die wir besucht haben, waren nie so schön wie der in Can Picafort.
Im Apartment war alles ordentlich und sauber, der Balkon läd morgens und abends zum Essen an der frischen Luft ein. Alles, was man an Lebensmitteln braucht, kann man bei Paco und Montse im Laden unweit der Wohnung kaufen. Für gößere Einkäufe sind große Supermärkte nicht weit weg.
Aufgrund der Lage könne folgende Ausflüge (Mietauto empfohlen, der Bus von Palma fährt für etwa 5Euro nach Can Picafort) empfohlen werden:
Alcudias Altstadt, Port de Alcudia, Platja de Muro, Aqualand Palma de Mallorca, Tropfsteinhöhlen von Arta, Cala Torta, Cap Formentor
Restaurants, die wir sehr gut fanden: MaryPaz (Coktails), Don Denis(Tapas)

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer!
Wir haben 10 Tage Mallorca-Urlaub in einem der Appartements von Paco und Montse gebucht.
Bei Ankunft wurden wir ganz herzlich von den beiden mit Kaffee und Gebäck in der hauseigenen Bäckerei/Konditorei begrüßt, die sich in dem Supermarkt in der gleichen Straße des Appartements befindet.
Montse nahm sich gleich Zeit uns ein paar Tipps bzgl. guten Restaurants, schönen Plätzen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stränden etc. zu geben, sodass wir schnell einen Überblick über Can Picafort bekamen.
Danach wurden wir in unser ca. 65qm großes Appartement geführt.
Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich gleich heimisch gefühlt hat. Alles ist sehr sauber und bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt vorhanden. Das Appartement verfügt über kostenloses Wifi und einen kostenlosen Tresor.
Auf dem Balkon hat man direkten Meerblick. Das Meer ist unmittelbar am Appartement und die kilometerlange Strandpromenande bietet viele Möglichkeiten in Richtung Norden (Alcudia) und in Richtung Ostküste. Empfehlenswert ist ein Mietwagen, mit dem man flexibel seine Tage gestalten kann.
Vom Appartement läuft man in ein paar Minuten bis zum Hafen von Can Picafort, dort befinden sich viele Restaurant, Cafe`s, Bars und Geschäfte.
Alles in allem war der Urlaub mit dem tollen Appartement, der super Lage in Can Picafort und den lieben Vermietern Paco und Montse perfekt und ist sehr weiterzuempfehlen.
Wir haben bereits für 2017 bei Montse unser Appartement reserviert!

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Schon zu Beginn der Urlaubsplanung zeigte sich die überaus freundliche und unkomplizierte Art der Vermieter. Was wir bei Ankunft im Feriendomizil vorfanden übertraf unsere Erwartungen - eine wunderschöne Wohnung, mit allem ausgestattet, in einem sehr ruhigen Haus mit Aufzug und Blick aufs Meer sowie allmorgendlich auf einen traumhaften Sonnenaufgang ! Im Supermarkt von Montse und Paco gibt es alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns aus Bequemlichkeit nicht selbstversorgt - dafür befinden sich in der direkten Umgebung zahlreiche sehr gute Restaurants. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, dass der Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung von Montse und Paco sicher nicht der letzte war. Vielen Dank sagen Inge und Mama Lissi !

Auf der Suche nach Entspannung am Meer haben wir diese Ferienwohnung im Internet gefunden.
Die beschriebene Ausstattung und die Lage hörte sich genau nach dem an, was wir suchten.
Und genau so war es auch: Gut ausgestattet, mit Blick auf das Meer, nicht zu weit von Allem weg und doch ruhig.
Ein Glückstreffer!
Die Vermieter Paco & Montse sind, wie andere auch schon beschrieben haben, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen viele Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge und Lokalitäten und wurden nie enttäuscht.
Da wir es ganz entspannt angehen lassen wollten, haben wir uns gegen einen Mietwagen und für das Angebot entschieden, dass wir auch von den Vermietern am Flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder zurück gebracht werden können. Dies hat super funktioniert.
Wir haben nie einen Mietwagen vermisst, denn eine Fahrt (ca. 1 Std) mit dem öffentlichen Bus nach "Port de Pollenca" war unkompliziert. Wunderschön war auch der kilometerlange Spaziergang am Strand entlang nach "Port d´ Alcúdia" und zurück.
Paco & Montse besitzen einen kleinen Supermarkt, der nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Ferienwohnung entfernt liegt. Dort gibt es auch eine kleine feine Bäckereitheke und Sitzgelegenheiten, wo wir oft mit einem guten Kaffee und Leckereien unsere Ausflüge
begonnen haben.
Alles in Allem waren es 7 erholsame Urlaubstage in einer schönen Ferienwohnung und mit einer sehr netten und herzlichen Betreuung durch die Vermieter.

Schöne Woche in Can Picafort
Die Begrüßung von Montse und Paco war absolut herzlich.
Die Wohnung ist richtig schön, gut ausgestattet und für 2 Personen einfach genial.
Das Apartment war sehr ruhig und das Meer ganz nah.
Die Reisetips haben wir dankend angenommen
Es war einfach eine wunderschöne Woche die wir auf Mallorca verbracht haben.

This is the first year we have stayed in an apartment, normally we stay in hotels but we enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked for 3 weeks next year. I cannot speak highly enough of the owners Montse and Paco, nothing is any trouble and they are a lovely couple who are warm and welcoming. The apartment is in a modern block with a lift and security entry and is in a very quiet location. Only a minutes walk to the sea and 5 minutes to a lovely beach. There is a public pool just down from the apartment which is very well maintained and they serve food and drinks all day and into the evening. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars only a short stroll away and the owners also own a well stocked supermarket along from the apartment. Lovely, clean and comfortable
This is the first year we have stayed in an apartment, normally we stay in hotels but we enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked for 3 weeks next year. I cannot speak highly enough of the owners Montse and Paco, nothing is any trouble and they are a lovely couple who are warm and welcoming. The apartment is in a modern block with a lift and security entry and is in a very quiet location. Only a minutes walk to the sea and 5 minutes to a lovely beach. There is a public pool just down from the apartment which is very well maintained and they serve food and drinks all day and into the evening. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars only a short stroll away and the owners also own a well stocked supermarket along from the apartment. Wonderful apartment
