Lake Norman Waterfront Penthouse Condo
About this condo rental
The views of Lake Norman are wonderful. Sip morning coffee on one of two decks while watching the professional water skiers practice or maybe catch the amazing sunset on the top sun deck with your favorite beverage. This condo has 3 bedrooms, two with king size beds and the third with a queen size bed. There are 2 full baths, the master also has a jetted soaking tub. Sitting balcony off the living room and sun deck steps off the loft bar. The community pool is gated and private for the condo’s use only. Two restaurants on site, both with fabulous outdoor patios, couldn't be more convenient to catch an evening of live music on the waterfront. A Salon/Spa is our newest neighbor. Did I mention our building does have an elevator! One of the very few buildings with one and we're the closest condo to it! We have lake access for swimming and kayaking but the docks in the photos are privately owned and will not allow access.

The condo is cozy, cute, and great size for 2 or 3 couples. Only issue we had was the toilet was plugged up in the shared bathroom when we got there and plunger in that bathroom was broken, so had to use the one from master bathroom. Also, 1 of the bath towels had grease stains on it, but there were others available. Not huge issues, and rest of the place more than made up for that! Beds very comfy and kitchen had all pots/pans/gadgets we could need! The top floor was really nice to sit on deck in evening, watching sunset. Also was great to walk downstairs to 2 different restuarants when didn't cook at condo. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it!

We so enjoyed our stay, the condo was beautiful, well, equipped, neat and organized and very comfortable. Beautiful location, right on the water with easy access to restaurants, stores in the highway. The description was right on the money, especially about that two beautiful decks. The host was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any emails with inquiries before and during our stay. we will definitely be back and would highly recommend this property

Overall, this was a very nice three bedroom condo with a great view over the lake. It had everything we needed. Appliances are a little bit dated, but the owner communicated with me that this will probably change in the near future. Beds were very comfortable. The place was nicely taken care of. I would have no hesitation staying here again in the future.

The condo had a lot of space and was well appointed. The owners obviously made an investment in the space. It felt like a luxury hotel rather than a typical rental property. Great views of the lake and access to nearby amenities. We have family in the area and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nice and the decor was really cute. The third floor provides nice views of the lake. There were some things missing that I expected to be there, such as body soap in the Master, a bath mat, and more than 1 bath towel. The floor in the Master bath is tile so we had to use our 1 washcloth to step on when getting out of the shower. Also, the guest room ceiling light and fan didn’t work at all. The condo is right next to one of the best restaurants on the lake, Eddie’s, so that was nice. You can’t use the dock at the condo, but we found Stutz marina to be a great option! We would stay here again, but we would bring soaps, shampoos and towels.

The property owners have done an exceptional job with the appointments in the condominium. High quality and very comfortable. I would stay there again.
The overall outside premises could use attention, but convenient to the lake and access to several restaurants made it an enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this wonderful penthouse condo for 4 nights for 2 family college graduations in the area. Beautifully decorated and included everything you would need to relax and unwind. We would highly recommend!

This place was lovely! We had 6 adults in our group and we had plenty of room. The loft with the deck is great to watch the boats at sunset! Location was good. Parking could be tricky at times but it’s manageable

Although the temperature was in the 40s in the morning, we had coffee on the small deck off the bedroom/living room because the sun was out. In the afternoon, we had cocktails and snacks on the upper deck. Beautiful view of the lake. We really enjoyed Mooresville, the wide variety of restaurants (including a restaurant that was part of the complex, Eddies on the Lake), and a wonderful antique/consignment store, Main St. Antique & Design Gallery. The condo was beautifully decorated, had every kitchen appliance, table and glassware, and utensils necessary for an extended stay. We will be back.
