About this condo rental
Come escape to Beach Bliss in beautiful Jax Beach! This 2-bedroom unit. On the 2nd floor. And it was carefully renovated to keep the character of this old home while upgrading many modern conveniences. Located in North Jacksonville Beach, we are right in the heart of all that Jax Beach has to offer. Local breweries, great restaurants and nightlife, and mere blocks from the downtown Jacksonville Beach area that hosts highly popular seasonal festivals. Close to entertainment, Mayo, and TPC - this is the perfect spot in Jax Bch! We are a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit in a 4-unit complex 1 short block from the ocean (~100 yards). We have a washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen, and breakfast bar. Both bedrooms have queen memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, and sound machines with usb connectors. Dedicated parking for 1 car and street parking is very easy. We love pets! $30/pet/night. Once you have booked, let us know and we will send the fee. We make sure everything you need is provided to make it the best stay possible. Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, quality towels & linens, and coffee & tea. Fast wifi from Xfinity. We live in Jacksonville Beach ourselves, so give us a shout if you need anything at all. We generally respond within 30 min between 8am - 9pm. This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife. Download the BeachBuggy App from Google Play or the Apple App Store - free rides all over Jax Bch! Take Uber and Lyft if you don't feel like driving yourself. Most people drive their own vehicles around here, though.

Quaint little two bedroom apartment that was just as advertised. Great location and fantastic community. Very close proximity to the beach and multiple beach accesses. When looking to get around, rent a bike or other beach apparel from Beach Life Rentals. They are a wonderful small business that provides exceptional products and services.

Charming upper level of cottage - so pretty. The towels and linens were top notch but the stairs felt a bit off. Really enjoyed the little deck.

Super cute character filled older property within steps of the beach and shopping/dining. Charming, old Florida feel to the unit and the area. The property has been refreshed to maximize its charm and size. The bathrooms are tiny, but functional. The only challenges were parking and the college kids staying below us. There seems to be a conduit directly from below to the unit and we could hear everything. However, that was partially anticipated given the proximity to UNF and the time of year. The property managers were extremely responsive to the parking issue (which was not ours) and in touch with me when necessary. The pictures are accurate, the management team is professional, the location is unbeatable. I would VRBO from this management group again in a heartbeat.

Very clean wonderful furnishings that created a warm friendly home like environment. The bonus was the very short walk to the beach for evening and morning walks. Close to restaurants, but nestled into a neighborhood. Will return for sure!

We absolutely love staying at this property! It was a three minute walk to the beach, as clean as you could ever hope for, and so well equipped! The little touches like the trail mix in the coffees and teas was so welcoming, including the full Britta water pitcher in the fridge! Would definitely stay here again, amazing!!

Came to Jax for appointments at Mayo Clinic. I love the proximity to the beach, and being able to enjoy it after being at the hospital all day. We enjoyed walking at night to see the Christmas lights just a few blocks away. Will def plan to stay here again.

This place is ADORABLE! Beautifully decorated, all the little things you may need, they have for you. Spacious, nice furniture, comfortable linens, shower amenities, laundry soap...just everything you can imagine, they have for you already there.
A block from the beach. Walk to restaurants and all kinds of activities. I will absolutely come back and recommend this place. The property management company is attentive, responsive and they run their rentals better than most. Excellent!

We enjoyed our stay greatly. We weren’t at the property much, but the beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have more space than a hotel room.

Nice sized bedrooms and decorated in bright and inviting colors. We appreciated the extra touches like coffee and tea pods for the Keuring and shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Will definitely consider staying again when we are in town.

The pictures are definitely spot on. We could not have asked for a better location. The neighborhood was full of exciting treasures. Our property managers thought of everything. We lacked nothing and would definitely stay at this location again!

We were looking for a cozy and comfortable place in a great location. Close to restaurants and the beach, this is exactly what we wanted. The kitchen has everything needed for simple meals, beds are comfy, and the small deck is perfect for morning coffee or an evening meal. Planning to book again in the future.

Very nice property!
First time to Jacksonville Beach! Steps to the gorgeous beach, the apartment is absolutely adorable and very clean. The owners took great care making sure you had every little convenience for your stay from snacks, laundry detergent, and bathroom toiletries and cleaning supplies. I especially enjoyed the k cups for the keurig that were provided. We even made use of the first aid kit:) I actually found the apartment to be bigger than I expected and laid out very nicely. The master 1/2 bath toilet is awkward for tall people- just a tight fit, that’s all. One thing I appreciated was the lack of cleaning and checking out demands some owners make and then still charge a cleaning fee. It’s clear these owners sincerely just want you to enjoy their space and time here. Honestly I can’t think of a single thing that could have made our stay better. I would totally come back again!

This condo is even cuter in person! Perfect size for 2 couples, had everything we needed and more and was super close to the beach (a couple minute walk). The beds were also super comfortable and everything was cleaned to perfection (and I am a clean freak). Highly recommend

Great location, great experience
We stayed at this location for a weekend and the location is perfect for the beach (1 block away) and biking or walking to restaurants, shops, etc (less than 2 miles to Atlantic/ Neptune Beach, and short walk to Margaritaville). The rental is small but perfect for 2 couples and had everything we needed. Hosts were terrific with communication and responsive to any questions. Would love to come back here again soon!

Me and my family of four (myself, husband, 4 y/o, and 6 m/o) stayed here for the weekend and it was perfect for us! They even had a pack n play, sound machines in each room, beach toys, and quality beach towels! If you’re bringing a baby, I would suggest bringing a baby bath that holds water as their tub only operates as a shower not a soaking tub!
We LOVED that the walk to the beach was short enough to come back and forth for bathroom and lunch breaks. There is even a gas station 2 or 3 streets down— perfect for ice runs!
The place was so clean and pretty spacious for such a small unit. The en suite bath IS small but my 6’2” was able to use it without much issue.
One thing to note is that the staircase is VERY steep. Overall our stay was great! Can’t wait to be back.

Cozy spot in up-and-coming beach area
Smaller but cute unit. Many little extras like towels, coffee, fresh flowers and utensils, nice large grill. Very close to very large beach. Cute little south facing deck gets loads of sun. Ample parking and in our experience nice neighbors. JAX beach is a little gritty compared with fancy areas but we like that although a fair amount of drifters and the like about but no more than usual probably. Unit is on second floor which we knew but stairs are many and starting to show wear which made navigation with bags etc in hand a little iffy. Major pluses are proximity to beach, thoughtful little extras, cleanliness of unit. I’d have gone with five stars but just a little too many minor detractions added up. They include no dishwasher, no dressers or the like in ether bedroom, no TV in either bedroom, arguably inadequate meal seating (no kitchen table only small bar) in the unit and inconveniently small baths. But they worked. Other minor takeaways were manager did not correct loose blocks at steps bottom where I rolled my ankle early in the visit and pointed it out. Said they would but did not. Also worth noting that JAX beach peer is being rebuilt and closed for what will probably be another year. Also major hotel construction in the area fencing off parts of the paved ocean walk that was minor but unfortunate. Heat and AC effective. Unit is part of a four unit ‘compound’ which gave a sense of community without being too overbearing. Short bike ride to Fancy Neptune beach, plenty of nearby dining and several golf courses in the area. Overall we’d revisit but likely take a downstairs unit.

This amazing, cozy beach house was quite a find. It is very well designed from linens to furniture to decorations to coffee. We absolutely loved it and were disappointed that we were not staying longer. We will definitely be back if it is available.

Property very well located, well appointed and only a block & a half from the beach. Apart from no dishwasher everything else was perfect.
Property managers were very responsive to any requests and questions. We would highly recommend it and the hosts.
