One assigned parking stall. Bus travels every hour from Canmore to Banff and Sunshine Ski resorts. The property has what you need in terms of day to day. Enough towels, plates, cutlery, microwave, fridge.
If you plan to stay for a week, it's good. ONLY MICROWAVE is available. No stove tops, or ovens.
We managed with just a microwave because you can do quite a lot of cooking via a microwave. There's enough coffee to last a lifetime. King size bed is comfortable for the average weight and height.

Great little studio suite. It was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable.

Comfortable accommodation, however overpriced for the long weekend.
Aircon was loud, and minimal facilities (ie no kitchenette), however good for a couple of night stay.

We had the best stay and highly recommend booking this place. Jeff was a great host and provided us with helpful information before we arrived, so everything went smoothly and we knew we could contact him anytime with any questions.
The location was perfect (the wedding we attended was just across the road), the room was clean and we had everything that we needed. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I stayed 3 days in this room. It was clean and had everything we needed, but it was very small. Only 1 person could walk around the bed at a time. It does have a king bed, but probably would be better with a queen so there is more room to move around. My other complaint is that it was very warm in the room. The hallway was cooler than our room. There was a window air conditioner- and we had it running full speed constantly, but it still couldn't keep the room cool. The air conditioner was also extremely loud. We basically spent as little time in the room as possible. Would not recommend renting this room.

Don’t book this place at all

I have nothing bad to say about this property except it was smaller than I had expected. Just an assumption or miscalculation on my part. No part of the explanation ever claimed it to be roomy. Pros: convenient to town and highway, clean, safe covered parking, and comfortable bed. Cons: size of a small hotel room and only one towel and washcloth apiece for a 4 night stay. If you don’t mind a cozy space then this a nice rental.

My daughter and I stayed Fri to Mon. The space was clean and cozy. The fridge was a nice size, and there was a toaster and kettle in addition to a coffee pot if you’re a coffee drinker. We aren’t. The bed was comfy and we liked the fact that it was within walking distance to so many places.

Simple, easy, clean, over all great experience for the price. Comfortable bed, good wifi, good washroom, nice tv, great to have the extras such as coffee maker and cups etc. would recommend and will be back again!

the building is older and the rooms are very limited in amenities. The access via parking garage is not super convenient for mobility issues, but the cost was very reasonable and no issues with the booking. We were spending most of our time outside enjoying the area, so our requirements for the room were minimal and it was conveniently located and economical

Perfect Stay!
This was perfect for our stay in Canada. It’s an easy drive to everything Banff. But even better, it’s walkable to everything in Canmore. We loved being able to stroll around after a long day at the park. The place was clean and check-in/check-out was very easy.
My only advice would be if you are bringing a car, park early in the afternoon and don’t move it. Street parking was full everyday by 6-7pm. You’ll be circling the block along with 5 other cars to find someone leaving.
