This gorgeous, oceanfront Hutchinson Island condo was recently remodeled from top to bottom and features thoughtful touches to ensure a wonderful stay! Listen to the waves and gaze out at the beautiful Atlantic from almost all points of the condo. The view is hard to beat! The redone interior includes all new flooring throughout (fresh tile with cozy area rugs), new paint, and new A/C unit. Kitchen - The new kitchen features quartz countertops, brand new slate appliances, modern gold hardware, a large counter height island, and all new kitchen supplies--fully loaded for cooks or bakers! Living Room - A large screen TV and pretty furnishings make the living room a great place to watch movies, read, or play games. Or work remotely from the desk with a beautiful ocean view. Bedrooms - Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and can sleep 2 - 3 people. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and convertible chair that can fold out into a twin bed (best for a child, as it's small). Master bedroom features a brand new Stearnes & Foster king mattress! The second bedroom features a queen size daybed and twin pull-out trundle. This unit's master bedroom AND living open onto the oversized balcony (many units in this building and the one next door have a master bedroom that only overlook the side of the building or parking lot) so you can enjoy oceanfront views from the bedroom in this beauty. Large Balcony - Sit, relax, gaze at the ocean, listen to the waves, or dine on the oversized balcony, which is accessible from both the master bedroom and living room. Outdoor dining table comfortably seats 6. Bathrooms include combined shower/tubs, new tile and all new hardware, vanities and lighting. Location The unit is located on the second floor of a small condominium building with shared pool and grill as well as private beach access (used by only condo guests). Stay on quiet Hutchinson Island for several great dining and entertainment options or enjoy the plentiful amenities of Stuart, Florida, recently named America's Happiest Seaside Town by Coastal Living. Washer and dryer are located outside the unit nearby (same floor) in a shared space. Rental includes all linens, beach chairs, and beach towels. Comfortable condo with a wonderful porch that is in shade for most of the day. You fall asleep on a very comfortable bed listening to the ocean— that’s how close you are. The beach is outstanding, endless and, while we were there, deserted. Perfect for a family holiday! Katie responded to questions immediately, there’s a terrific Publix literally right around the corner, and the unit is tasteful and located on the first floor — a plus, because you’re on the beach in a minute flat.

This was just a wonderful stay. The sunrise is so amazing and is at 7:00-8 if you go in December. We Walled all the way down to North point and saw so many beautiful things. We rode horses on the beach and it was certainly relaxing. It's a wonderful location You have Jenson Beach super close and lots of wonderful food around. The place is perfect for our family of 4. Clean and cozy. The owner was so quick to respond on our questions and very helpful. I definitely would go here again!!!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us.

After staying on Hutchinson Island every summer as a child, I could not have been more thrilled when Katie was able to accommodate our last minute request to stay in her beautiful condo. It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and the most peaceful and relaxing place to spend a week. Great view, quick access to the pool and beach, and well appointed with everything we needed to feel right at home... with 3 kids, too! Katie was a fast communicator and ensured everything was ready for our arrival. She also responded to feedback on our stay and would have been quickly reachable... though there was nothing we needed the week we were there because everything was perfect! We were so happy to have found such a beautiful unit to stay in and hope that we'll be able to visit again soon! Thanks again, Katie, for a wonderful week!

We just finished a four night stay. The unit was very clean and as described in the listing. It was just steps past the pool to be on the beach. The kitchen was perfect and we made meals everyday. The pool was kept at 85 which was real nice. I would definitely book this unit again in the future.

Dreamy little beach condo with amazing views and everything you need. The owners did not skimp on the furnishings or decor and it really felt like we're in a wonderful little beach bungalow with the ocean outside our window. There's plenty of parking and a grocery store 5 mins away. We go to Stuart every year and we'll definitely be renting this place again.

We stayed at this condo for 6 nights and the place was as described. There was a nice basket of snacks when we arrived. Our flights had been cancelled and delayed so we got in very late and you just use a key pad to get in. We didn't see many people there the whole time. The laundry was near the room and cost $1.50 in quarters. Grocery store is close by and lots of other stores and restaurants not that far away. We couldn't figure out how to close the beach chairs but once I looked it up on YouTube it was easy.

We absolutely LOVED this condo and location. It is steps away from the beach, which is beautiful and goes on for miles. The condo was PERFECTLY clean and I am very picky about cleanliness! It is decorated very nicely and the kitchen, furniture and fixtures seemed like brand new. The owner is outstanding and has thought of everything: thick towels, kitchen equipment, paper supplies, cleaning supplies and even a cute snack basket with a personal welcome note. The large balcony looks out over the ocean, and is a nice area to sit in with a large table and chairs, and a cute seating area with 2 chairs and a small table. The area of Hutchinson Island is ideal for families, and the town of Stuart (10 minute drive) has a cute downtown shopping/restaurant/boardwalk/amphitheater area. The Elliot Museum and Refuge Museum are within walking distance and are great museums for the whole family. Publix is a 5 minute drive from the condo. The condo is set off the main road so there is no loud traffic and mostly all you hear is the sound of the waves in the ocean. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. I honestly do not know the owner personally, but I cannot say enough good things about this condo, the location and the owner!

Our family had a wonderful week relaxing at this beautiful quaint and quiet condo. It had everything we needed and everything is brand new! Beds were comfy, pool was warm, tennis courts were right across the parking lot. We loved cocktails on the balcony listening to the waves crash on the beach. Katie was super responsive to all our questions. We would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time staying at this condo! It was in the perfect location, beach front (just steps from the beach) with a large balcony that we enjoyed using for morning coffee and afternoon happy hours! The inside of the condo was brand new, comfortable and in perfect condition- everything from the beds to the linens to the kitchen supplies! It was fully stocked with hangers, beach chairs, towels, and pool floats. It was spacious and extremely clean. Katie, the property manager, was extremely responsive answering all of our questions and the entire experience was perfect. We highly recommend staying in this condo and will absolutely be back!
