This home is spread out on a single floor with a very large an open concept living kitchen and dining area with the living room extending into the dining room and a beautiful modern kitchen all without walls so the group can interact with each other seamlessly. Two large and bright Master suites both with Smart TVs with NetFlix, Amazon etc (Queen bed & two twins) facing out to the pool area and a smaller third bedroom (queen bed) with its own bathroom. Flexible additional sleeping arrangements include the large sofa which turns into a larger than queen bed, a top of the line twin memory foam rollaway bed which can go in the living room or the master bedroom, and also a queen sized top of the line Aerobed which can be placed into the living room or master bedroom. The kitchen has all the modern amenities to make your stay great for the group including full coffee corner which includes a Keurig coffee machine, a drip coffee machine and also a French press to make sure that everyone's happy. You have a large dining table which seats eight people comfortably and then additional bar seating for a couple more at the kitchen island. All cookware, dishes, and basic spices are there in the home. Outdoor you also have a very nice BBQ with barbecue utensils if you want to enjoy for the group. You have covered parking in the back of the property for one vehicle and then also plenty of street parking directly out front which is right out the front door.
