Loved the views from our room. Breakfast was nice and the terrace was lovely. The restaurants are all within walking distance, as well as a handy supermarket. There's a nice little beach in front of the hotel and the water was lovely for swimming.
The doors on the balcony don't open wide as the Aircon unit is placed in the way.
The road in front is a little noisy.

Location
Unfortunately due to rooms facing street was noisy , had to close window it was unbearable to sleep. Bed wasn't comfortable Unfortunately, but room nice. Strange shower. Please remove soap holder from there its dangerous and unessesary.

A quiet family run hotel which was the ideal getaway for a break away from the city. With a free beach across the road it was the perfect location to relax and unwind with a peaceful daily swim to start the day! Then, there is also easy access for travel to Spetses and Hydra from the Hotel! The staff at ROZOS were exceptional and very accommodating to our afternoon check in which meant we missed the breakfast buffet. Upon arrival a fresh fruit platter (including amazing figs) and freshly squeezed orange juice was brought to our room! The personal touch from the staff really does makes all the difference. A little momento was gifted to us upon leaving by the lovely Mr Gianni and his charming wife. Definitely a place I would return to. Thank you team ROZOS for the warmth of your hospitality!! ☺️

> Nice space, but equipment in the bathroom gets a bit old.

> Bed was too hard for my personal taste (but it seems you can ask for a mattress topper).
> Noise due to the main street, but almost inaudible with air conditioning (from midnight, traffic is very low).

The location was great and next to a small beach. The view was perfection. Walking distance to many different restaurants. Only 5 min drive to many other nice areas.

Nice and clean hotel, very near the beach -> swimming possibility, beach bar and free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach in front of the hotel, very good breakfast. Polite and friendly service. Sea view from the balcony.

Nice, clean and comfy room with a view to a small harbor. Rich breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Location is very close to Portoheli center.

the staff was a bit rude 1 off thems I gone to open 1 wine and he was very rude that was around 11pm I think was in 3 night of my stay Everything else been good
