Located in the heart of Canmore in luxurious Rundle Cliffs Lodge, welcome to our spacious 2 bedroom plus den & 2.5 bathroom penthouse condo that comfortably sleeps 7. It's a pleasant 10 minute walk along a mountain creek to Canmore's vibrant Main street, groceries, shops, restaurants & pubs. The new Alder Cafe, Bridgette Bar and a grocery store are all open for business and are located within Spring Creek. This stunning penthouse condo has luxurious finishings including hardwood floors, granite countertops, slate and travertine tiling throughout the spacious suite. Head out onto the south east facing balcony for unimpeded views of the famous Three Sisters Mountain Range! You'll find a natural gas BBQ, seating for 6 at the patio table and chairs In order to enjoy a serene moment over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Come stay with us, and enjoy a fun yet restful holiday! The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with supplies to make cooking up a storm no problem! The spa inspired bathrooms have heated floors and the suite has luxurious hotel linens throughout. Relax after a day on the slopes in the amazing outdoor hot tub with breathtaking mountain views! Equipped with WIFI, Cable TV, Netflix (you must have your own account), you'll have all the comforts of home which makes this the ideal base for your Rocky Mountain adventure! Access to the suite is flexible via a coded lock system. Two underground parking spots are included in the heated parkade. A storage cage to lock your toys (Skis, Bikes, Golf Clubs, etc) is available. The hot tub, gym and billiards room are common to the building. Note: We do not have control of building amenity closures such as hot tub maintenance and repairs. One well behaved, trained dog (not a puppy) up to 50 pounds is welcome to stay in the suite. Dog must stay in a crate when owners leave it in the suite alone. There is a pet fee of $100 that will be added to your stay. Cats are not allowed. Guests will notice several pieces of artwork on display throughout the suite. Each piece was created by a local artist inspired by the surrounding beauty of the Bow Valley and area. A can't say enough good things about our stay in Canmore and this property. It's a beautiful and comfortable condo with incredible views in a great location - just a short walk to Main Street. I've been renting from VRBO for the last 20 years and this was the best property in the best place I've ever stayed in.

We enjoyed a great week over new years in the condo. The condo was in a terrific location, well furnished and fully stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and sheets and linens very clean. The third bedroom is quite small and without a window so it gets a bit stuffy through the night. That’s the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. Thanks for the stay!!

Not only was the suite at Rundle Cliffs amazing, but the entire property was unbelievable. The suite was very well appointed and lacked for nothing for a memorable "home away from home" experience. The two rooms with ensuites were large and very comfortable. The room with the twin beds appears to be a converted office with twin beds creating a charming bedroom for kids/teens or young adults. The see-through fireplace between the great room and the dining area combined with the vaulted ceiling and large windows showcasing the Three Sisters provide a spacious feeling while in the kitchen/dining/great room. The kitchen was spacious and had everything one needed to create a delicious family meal.
The suite is well maintained from the baseboards all the way up. No gouges, smudges, mismatched pain on the walls. The washer and dryer were spotless. The bathrooms shimmered and were immaculate. Truth be told, the suite was cleaner and in better shape than some 5-star hotel rooms that I have stayed in.
Kim and Janis of Mountain Vista Properties were wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions ahead of time and never acted as if my emails were an imposition. There was also a little “Welcome” gift package upon our arrival! We were quite pleasantly surprised.
We also enjoyed the proximity of the property to the town centre. While we enjoyed our trip during December, we can only image how lovely the property will be when the Bow River and Policeman’s Creek are run

We loved our stay, everything was set up perfectly. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for our needs and we were thrilled to have a unit with 2 king beds. Congo had plenty of room and the kitchen was very well stocked. Balcony and views were a bonus. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and absolutely recommend this unit. Kim was very attentive, we had a small issue with the fireplace and it was fixed immediately.

We were so happy we selected this condo. Everything was better than expected. Condo stocked beyond expectations. Such a great place to return and relax after long days at Banff national park.

Our stay at this lovely condo really exceeded all of our expectations. The location was convenient to all the amenities in town, while at the same time giving the feeling of being worlds away. The layout of the condo itself offered privacy and ample space for both our families, and the view from our balcony was fabulous! Checkout was a breeze, which we appreciated, to afford us an early start on the day of departure. Kim went above and beyond to call us after departure to arrange a time and place to deliver a much-loved “soft friend” inadvertently left behind by our granddaughter! All in all, I would highly recommend this rental property!

Amazing place in Canmore that is beautiful and has great views. Perfect for this family with 3 adult children. Clean, large and easy to walk downtown. We would definitely book here again. Finally made it here after waiting 3 years because of covid. Relaxing, everything you need for a perfect week of vacation. Lots of little extras in the condo that made the week easier. Thank you!!! We loved Canmore and the Banff area.

Girls hiking trip to Banff. Once we decided it would be cheaper and less hectic to stay on Canmore, finding this condo was easy. It was impeccable! Very clean & we only bought food cause all dry supplies provided. Beds were very comfortable & furniture sturdy and good quality. Views of Rundle mountain were stunning. Cute neighborhood & very easy to get to interstate for traveling. We actually enjoyed Canmore better than the very busy Banff. Condo management is very responsive & professional. This is the way VRBOs should be done. Will come back again and stay here. Also had a hard time finding a condo with more than 3 bathrooms.

This property is great. Very close to downtown Canmore with a beautiful walk along the creek to get there. It was clean with a nice layout and a very good view of the Three Sisters. Highly recommended!

The condo was beautiful and had everything you could want for a relaxing stay. The amenities were complete and kitchen was fully stocked with tools and cookware. The parking garage was very tight. We had a Suburban and if the garage had been full would have been impossible to park.

Fantastic property.
The only negative is that the "third" bedroom is actually a closet converted to a room with beds. Single beds. No windows, so now actually a bedroom.
A more honest description would be appreciated. It is a 2 bedroom with another sleeping location possibility but not a bedroom.
Otherwise, great location, very clean, outstandingly equipped kitchen, and lovely art everywhere.
Kim is very helpful and kind. Aside from the above, a great condo.

Super place with great views. Comfortable furniture and well appointed kitchen. Tons of closet space. Two large bedrooms. 3rd “bedroom” is tight. Loved our stay here. Convenient to everything. Shared hot tub has a 30 minute a day booking, but a fabulous view.

Upon arrival at this property all 4 women were pleased by the size and layout of the apartment. It felt much more like a cabin. The fireplace offered the touch of coziness we were all looking for. Close to hiking, spas and a quick walk to shopping and dining this was the perfect location. Kim was also very responsive, lovely and on top of every detail. The wine and coffee was that extra nice touch. We will be back again! Thank you for sharing your home.

We cannot say enough good things about this property. The location is amazing and the inside is gorgeous! It was our first time in Canmore, but it definitely won't be our last. This condo has set a high standard for us.

Fantastic views available from balcony of a large upscale unit. Excellent communication with Kim and Lisa. We had a great 9 days and whole group loved the unit. It is as advertised. Area is stunningly beautiful.

Everything is keyless and getting in was a breeze. We loved the comfortable furniture and beds. Everything worked, even the fireplace, although we didn’t need it in August. They have decorated with local art that is for sale, a nice touch and a great way to promote local artists. We have already inquired about going back next year! Just have to figure out the dates!

This is a beautiful home outfitted with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The views are spectacular and the neighborhood is lovely. I am so glad we stayed in Canmore rather than in Banff, which was very crowded in July. We hope to come back someday soon.

This condo building and the town of Canmore are wonderful. The walkability is excellent and the scenery is great even on rainy days. Every restaurant, in Canmore, we tried was terrific!

The location was great! The distance between the property and downtown was walking distance. Nice quiet area with a lot of walking trails and a small playground area for our toddler (grandbaby). All necessities were available. Had 2 parking spaces underground of condo. Easy access with code for all family coming and going. Beautiful condo with privacy for our little extended families. I would definitely rent again!

Wonderful place to experience Banff and the Canadian Rockies
A wonderful experience all round, our penthouse at Rundle Cliffs was everything we expected. Nicely situated on the river with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. A short walk into Canmore with a range of restaurants, cafes and shops.
The local ski resorts are a short drive, Norquay (30mins), Sunshine (35min) and Lake Louise (50mins)
The place was extremely spacious, providing a great kitchen, dining area & living room for the family to hang out around the central fire. Bedrooms and baths were prefect as well.
Underground/heated parking was a real plus due to unseasonable cold during our stay.
Nothing negative to say, great place!
