Located in Vineyard Haven, this charming house for $1,212 per night is a great option for your next trip. Beautifully renovated Greek Revival home on the quiet end of the historic William Street District with modern addition and amenities including central air conditioning. A perfect blend of old and new to create a casual elegance throughout the home. The original home was built in 1837 and retains many original architectural details. A newer kitchen addition is very large with room for lots of friends and family. All furniture, rugs, bedding and towels are new. Newly painted and decorated in a beachy elegant Vineyard vibe including original paintings by the owner. A short 8 minute walk to the VH ferry and a 5 minute walk to all Main Street has to offer including great shops, movie theater, restaurants, supermarket and The Black Dog for dining or delicious baked goods to go. A 10 minute walk to the waters edge for sitting at the beach and watching the harbor activity. Front and back stairs to the second floor. Fabulous spacious eat in kitchen with farm table and soapstone and wood counters. Stylish on trend dining room, living room with fireplace, and parlor that doubles as a private bedroom with separate closet and dresser on the first floor. Second floor offers two fabulous master suites with vaulted ceilings and a third bedroom with twin XL beds. Four smart TV's for movie nights in or a rainy day. The outside bluestone patio renovation will be ready to enjoy early spring 2021, complete with stone wall, L shaped sectional couch and and a propane fire table for evening ambiance. We had a lovely time. We walked to Mocha Mott's every morning to grab breakfast. For lunch/dinners, Cronig's (supermarket) is a short drive down the road.
When the kids weren't catching crabs at Owen Park (also walkable), they were running around the gorgeous fenced-in yard.

We truly had a great experience visiting Martha's Vineyard for the first time. The home was located near everything which made it easy to get around without driving or walking far. The host Marc and his wife has a very beautiful home just as advertised. Spacious and fully equipped with everything you need we felt right at home. Marc was easy to reach if there was a question and he made us feel very welcomed. Great experience.

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The location can’t be beat! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, the ferry, and the bus terminal. The house is well appointed and fully stocked with linens and kitchen necessities. The yard and patio are perfect for relaxing afternoons and dinners. I highly recommend a stay here and would gladly stay here again!

This house was exactly as described online and that was amazing to find. The home was in a great location. Plenty of room outside, the firepit area was super relaxing. The inside had tons of space, so well stocked in the kitchen, towels, pillows all of it. There were tons of games for all ages! We would certainly visit this home again! The owners were great with answering questions.

My husband, myself and 6 friends stayed at this beautiful home while in town for a wedding. Being the one in charge of securing the accommodations is always a challenging task. I'm happy to say this house exceeded our expectations. The house itself had so much to offer....awesome fireplace in living room, beautiful yard with gas firepit surrounded by comfy couches, short walk to downtown. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our only disappointment was that with all the wedding festivities there was not enough time to just hang around and enjoy all the house had to offer. Also, Marc was a very gracious host. I highly recommend this house and hope to return someday.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, expansive home with designer touches everywhere. Kitchen, bedrooms, living/dining areas were spacious and perfect for our family reunion. We loved just walking to the cute/cozy shopping dining area as well as having some takeout meals in the home. The outdoor seating was perfect for us to enjoy the nice weather we were lucky to have. The hosts were wonderful and we were lucky to have found this historic but lovingly remodeled home for our family reunion. Great home, beautiful amenities, nice location.

STUNNING HOUSE IN VINEYARD HAVEN
We had a spectacular 4th of July weekend staying in Marc and Mimi's house. The house has a historic feel but is updated with all high end amenities and touches. (Mimi is clearly a very talented artist and decorator as the home is filled with her personal touches and it 100% embodies "island elegant" at every turn.)
So many nice touches included to make a stay easy and fun...gorgeous outdoor living space, beach towels, lots of kitchenware, comfortable beds, lovely linens and towels....
The location of the home is walking distance to Vineyard Haven with convenient off street parking. Vineyard Haven is only 10 minutes from Oak Bluffs and 20 minutes from Edgartown. We enjoyed all three towns during our stay and even took a drive out to the Aquinnah Lighthouse.

Can't say enough nice things about our weekend at Marc's property. The house was pristine upon entering and Marc was a pleasure to communicate with, I had a few questions about the area and he was so quick to reply and happy to give recommendations which was so helpful! The house itself is walking distance into the cute town with great restaurants/grocery store/anything you could need! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

We Couldn’t have picked a better spot for our annual reunion. This property offered so many options. We all walked to town at least twice each day we were there Where we enjoyed shopping and delicious lunches. Quick Uber rides to both of Bluffs and Edgartown if you decide not to bring a car.

Amazing Vineyard Getaway - Beautiful Home & Perfect Location
My friends and I visited this property for a long weekend and it checked all our boxes. The location was 4 mins walking to “downtown” Vineyard Haven with coffee shop, restaurants, boutiques, bookstore, and a grocery store+pharmacy easily accessible. It’s also a short jaunt from the Steamship Ferry dock and Black Dog Tavern where you can catch the shuttle to Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, and more.
The home itself was perfect for a group with lots of beds, bedrooms, and bathroom space (including an outdoor shower!). The kitchen was well equipped with all the supplies we needed and the home also had beach supplies for our use (chairs, towels, etc.). It is beautifully decorated and has an amazing outdoor space with large table for dining and sofas situated around a fire pit. Perfect for laid back nights at home.
The host was super responsive and he proactively shared information and checked in via text upon our arrival. He quickly assisted us when questions arose. Check-in and check-out were seamless!
Would 100% recommend staying at this property!!

What a fabulous house! Beautiful inside and outside and so tastefully done to capture the Vineyard culture and spirit. House was fully equipped and spacious enough for an extended family getaway with room to bring the grandparents. A short walk to town this home allows you to enjoy staying in and enjoying the well decorated rooms, out by the fire pit or taking a stroll for icecream or coffee nearby the shops and port. Owners are very responsive and very good to work with. You can't help but take care of this wonderful home. We had the best time!

Absolutely charming place! We enjoyed ourselves so much. The outdoor space is especially great - we spent most of our time sitting around the fireplace and enjoying the place.
