Nestled in Saint Simons Island, this charming house for $607 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Summary: This beautiful beach house is large and can accommodate up to 13 guests! We are just 300 steps from the ocean & The King & Prince Resort. You will be walking distance to Crab Trap, Crab Daddy's, new Barrier Island Brewery, and only 1 mile from The Village and Pier! Neptune Fun Zone Park is less than a 5 minute drive away -They offer a walk-in, multi-purpose pool, children's waterpark area, miniature golf course, and a new playground area as well as a bath house and concession stand. The Space: This large beach house is close to everything fun! It also includes a private rooftop patio, on-site parking, and a fenced-in yard with putting holes! You can park here and never have to leave! You will enter the home on the lowest level which features a private King bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is also a secondary living room on this level which features a day bed. The second level of the home features an open concept living room and kitchen. There is an outdoor porch off of the living room and a half bathroom on this level. The couch on this level pulls out into a bed! The third level features two private bedrooms: a queen and a king room. There are two full bathrooms on this level. The fourth level is an open concept loft with a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a full size mattress on the lower bunk, and a twin size mattress on the upper bunk. There is a half bathroom on this level as well a large rooftop patio! Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home. It is private and does not share any spaces. The Neighborhood: Lovely neighborhood! - Just steps away from the beach -Neptune Fun Zone Pool is only a 4 minute drive from us! They offer pool access and mini golf for a daily fee. Punch cards are also available for multi-day visits. They are open daily from Memorial Day - Labor Day. It features a walk-in, multi-purpose pool; children's water park area; miniature golf course, and a brand new playground area as well as a bath house and concession stand. -Located walking distance to The King & Prince Resort -Walking distance from The Crab Trap, Crab Daddy's, and other popular restaurants -Walk to The Village at the Pier, and so much more! -Only 8 minutes to SeasideGolf Course! Getting Around: You will be able to park on site. The parking can accommodate up to 2 large vehicles or 3 small ones. You should be able to walk to almost everything, but golf cart rentals are available at The Village only a mile away! Other Things to Note: We have some basic beach equipment provided for you to use - chairs, umbrella, and coolers! We have a small putting green in the backyard - the perfect spot for kids to play mini golf, or for pros to practice their putting! There is a BBQ grill provided - it is charcoal. Interaction with Guests: I am unavailable in person, but I can be reached via phone or text messages anytime!

I really liked this property and where it was located but half of the lights in the house didn’t work and it was quite frustrating. Other than that, great location and cute place.

Our family enjoyed staying here very much! You are walking distance to the beach (via the King and Prince entrance) and have access to a great little coffee shop and playground. The house was very accommodating to our crew. In full transparency, the house was not cleaned when we arrived. There had been some kind of miscommunication with the owner and the cleaning service. It made for a slight inconvenience but the owner did everything in her control to quickly make the situation right -- and she did! I debated including this in the public review but I wanted to for one reason: the owner made it right. There was a problem and she fixed it and I left a happy and satisfied renter. I am writing this with a smile on my face and would rent from her again because of how she handled it. These rental properties aren't going to be a perfect. None of them will be. But an owner who responds quickly and works to make things right can make all the difference! Kaelin is that kind of owner! My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home and we'd highly recommend it to others! Thanks for giving our family an incredible place to make memories, Kaelin!

This property was just as described and I would absolutely rent again. Wonderful space for our two families with four adults and five teens - ages 13 to 16. The beach was short three minute walk and the beach was very wide at this location. There were also multiple restaurants, beach shops, an ice cream shop and brewery within walking distance. The property itself was very comfortable with nice beds and nice bathrooms. The ground floor has a king bedroom with bath and a separate sitting room with a daybed and trundle. Access to the putting green and nice side yard. The second floor has the living room, kitchen and half bath and a small balcony. Third floor has two bedrooms with en suite baths, and the laundry closet. Top floor has a loft with bunk bed with twin over full. There is a half bath on this level and access to the deck. We were so sad to leave and hope to be able to come back one day!

We loved staying at this beautiful condo close to the beach! We thought there were 5 bedrooms, but actually there are 4, so we had to do a little sleep arrangement shuffling once we arrived! The host was very helpful throughout our stay and being walking distance to the beach and restaurants was fantastic.

Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. They converted garage into sitting area, bedroom, and bathroom-perfect for me! Living room and kitchen are on 2nd floor, bedrooms 3 & 4 are on 3rd floor, and 4th floor is the bunk bed, private deck, and bathroom. Kids and grandkids loved it here as well and I’m thankful for this wonderful experience.

This house was just as advertised. The location was perfect - short walk to the beach and restaurants, coffee shop was around the corner, and an easy bike ride to the pier. I would definitely rent this house again!

The is home was perfect for our multigenerational family weekend. Kaelin (the host) was easy to work with and stayed in communication with us. The location was great - easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and not far at all to the village for additional shopping and places to eat.

This property was perfect for our family of 11 adults. Plenty of room. Every bedroom has its own bath. Great family area for dining and games. The host was most accommodating and friendly when we communicate it. The property is close to the beach and not far from the pier, where we enjoy spending time. This was a great vacation home for our family.

Wonderful location, property, and home. Very short walk (less than 3 minutes) to beach, restaurants, and shopping. The home allows for large gathering in the common family area and also enough space for families to have private quiet space. Loved the stay!

This property surpassed our expectations. Location was great….very short walk to the beach. Very clean and well stocked with essential kitchen items. My family also loved The Cottage coffee/baked goods shop that was literally only a few steps away.

This townhouse is great! Perfectly located within a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, even a brewery! The unit was fresh and clean. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and there are also 2 half baths! There’s plenty of room for the teens to hang out. Great rooftop patio!

Property was awesome and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach (easy walk) and restaurants. Property manager was very responsive and awesome to work with. We will defiantly rent again. We had a family of 10 and had PLENTY of room. Right across from the King and Prince.
