This property features one of the LARGEST BACK DECKS in Laurelwoods with the AMAZING VIEWS of Big Boulder Mountain completed with a new HOT TUB and plenty of room for games, grilling and relaxation. The interior is continuously updated with plenty of room for large get togethers and special occasions sleeping 15 people! Your stay includes 12 passes to the Boulder Lake Club which is less than a mile way where you can enjoy the pool, playground, beach area and water sport rentals. Upon entering the home you are greeted with a super fun, kid friendly TV ROOM complete with Bean Bag Chairs and a new Smart TV!! The downstairs is completed with a BUNK ROOM loaded with countless Board Games as well as another bedroom and full bathroom. Offload your Ski and Snowboard equipment in the garage closet and then get ready to enjoy some fun and games. The GAMEROOM includes a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong and Darts! Not to mention some room to relax and hang out. Once you make your way upstairs you will find our Kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with everything you need from utensils to pots, pans and basic cleaning supplies. The master bedroom features a large soaking tub perfect for after a long day on the mountain and what better way to end your night then having some quality time by the living room FIREPLACE. The upstairs is completed with an additional bedroom, bathroom and dining area. Your experience at THE LIFT can be further enhanced with our UNIQUE CONCIERGE SERVICE offering a la carte options such as a Private Chef, catering, linen services, baby and beach gear and much more! Second time staying here for three families (six adults, six kids) and dogs. The house is clean, large and equipped to comfortably accommodate a multifamily stay similar to ours. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Luckily Big Boulder, a 7 min walk from the property, was able to make snow for skiing so some of us were able to hit the slopes even though the weather was not optimal. Highly recommend.

Minus the minor things, this place was the perfect stay. It is a used rental house with few marked-up walls that could easily be cleaned with a magic eraser, a door handle hole in the wall, and one uncovered outlet. The AC split system did not work at all. The house was never at the temperature we set it to and the downstairs was ice cold. There was such a loud ticking noise coming from the bottom floor, to the point that some family members slept on the couch upstairs. We let the property manager know and the owner had an HVAC guy come to the house. We were traveling with dogs and they did not inform us of when they were coming even when given the time frames of when we would be back at the house. The view in one of the advertised pictures is deceiving. You can see the mountain view from the side of the porch only. Not all of the jets in the hot tub worked and when I asked if the hot tub worked before booking the response was, "It is only 1.5 years old." Nevertheless, the location and ALL of the activities to do were phenomenal. They truly made the stay worth it but for all the money you pay to rent a place like this, it was frustrating having to deal with all that we did. Would love to return to the area!

Had a great time with multiple family members. There was room for everyone. Having access to the Lake Club was excellent.
It was great and had things for ages under 2 to 65 and we really loved this stay. We made great family memories that we will treasure forever.

Overall the community and local amenities were really nice especially for a group with a lot of kids. Very peaceful and relaxing area as well. House itself is not very clean. Walls and moldings are dirty. Carpets stained and house is not equipped with basic cleaning items. Vacuum doesn’t work and there is no mop to at least clean the kitchen floor from spillage.

Could have been better
I'll start with the positives. The house itself is beautiful and spacious and the common areas like the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Nice balcony. Communication with the manager was good -- very responsive.
As for cons, the cleaning staff did a very poor job of cleaning the house before we arrived. And since the check-out time is 10 am and the next check-in isn't until 4 (which I think is really too late and too early), there is no excuse for this. We found clothes left behind by the previous renters right in plain sight in one of the bedrooms. This included a pair of dirty underwear. The couch cushions had not been vacuumed underneath and we discovered food and trash under the cushions. The cushions themselves were stained, as well as some of the carpets. I really have no idea why rentals continue to maintain carpet when they are so hard to keep clean.
The house also had a lack of dressers/closet storage, which, for some of the guests, was a problem. We tried to keep the property clean during our stay, but the vacuums provided by the property did not work. They had no suction at all. When a replacement vacuum was brought over, not only did it not have suction, but the filter was so filthy it smelled like feet whenever we turned it on. We had to give it up and sweep as best we could. The pool table and the other games in the garage were fun, but the pool table was not level at all which made playing pool hard. We even bought a leveler and tried to level it ourselves, but had no success. My guess is that because it is in an uneven garage, it is really an impossible feat.
The internet was out nearly our entire stay. The property manager claimed it was a "mountains" thing, but we've stayed at plenty of properties in the Poconos and did not have this problem. By the end of our visit, the community was so packed that there was no room in the overflow parking for our additional cars, even though the ad said we had enough space for 4 vehicles; 2 in the driveway and 2 in the overflow parking. Although 3 of the rooms had Roku boxes, there were no Roku remotes provided until we requested them. Also, I highly encourage you to use the linen service because without it, you literally have NOTHING at the property -- not even bath mats to make it safe to exit the shower when wet. Unfortunately, we had multiple issues with the linen services we ordered.
Rental has no towels, dish towels, sponges...nothing. You literally need to bring EVERYTHING.

Kids had a ball with the activities in the garage and the board games they had there. We had some minor house issues but the manager Alicia was on top of it and helped with all issues. She was very helpful..

It was a great location for skiing. Disappointed with the paper blinds in the house. Not sure what that is all about but really annoying when surrounded with such pretty views. Other then that it was nice.

Really nice house. There was plenty of space and we never felt crowded ( 4 families) , we had a great time at this house. There was no issues with the house so we did not have to call Alicia at all during our stay. We will definitely consider this house for future trips.

The Kitchen, Dining, and Living rooms are perfect for hosting large groups. The outdoor space is great. The play room in the garage and some of the other games/activities kept the kids entertained during a wet and nasty weekend.
It is so tough to keep the entrance way clean, there is a light rug and during the rain it is nearly impossible to keep all the shoes on the tile.
All in all, it was a great stay, and I would definitely book this place again.

House was as described. Quite neighborhood next to Big Boulder. About 20 minutes to Camelback. Strongly recommend Louie’s Prime for dinner. Place is all of 3 minutes away.
