Splendid!

Excellent location with marvellous view over the ocean! The area is so quiet as well as inside the accommodation. Very friendly staff and helpful security officers at the gate and on patrol. Beautiful surroundings and close to town and shops.

Bad

Nothing - were downgraded at the last minute to another Villa which was definitely old and need of a remodel / repair. Very disappointed.

Everything. Told last minute that will be moved to Golf Villas, which is not as modern as what we had booked. Were simply told either take this or go somewhere else and luckily we were staying for 1 night. Arcane way of having to fill in a security form, only told about it a few days before when already on the road (no security forms at the gate, very rude staff. Had to go to nearby hotel to get form printed). Worst experience ever!

Beautiful view, beautifully furnished - unfortunate no camping gas unit.

In South Africa for the last few years and foreseeable future there is load shedding (blackouts) - anything from 2.5 hours to 4.5 hours. There should have been a camping gas stove which one can buy in any hardware store with small canisters. At least one would be able to boil water for tea/coffee. One had to fill in a form, which we did not have, to get through the security gate, and that took us about an hour to organise BUT nice to know that security was strict but helpful and polite.

Horrible

I was not let into the gate,as i could not print a document of which i was only made aware of hours before i checked in Thus i was refused entry and was embarrassed and shouted at in front of the security gate

No access I had to find alternative accomodation

Exceptional

Fantastic place with fantastic view to the ocean. Super clean and well equipped.

One bathroom with toilet had no door, just an open arch from the bedroom - for us it is very unusual and uncomfortable. Oh, and one property manager told us to fill and print some security forms to provide them at the gate, but she never send them to us and we weren't able to reach her for the few days. Then we called another number which was given in bookings.com and reached another property manager who was very willing to help and didnt asked us to print forms in advance, just fill them at the gate, which was very nice.

Amazing hidden gem

Clean modern design, fully equipped 2 bed apartment, both rooms with en-suite toilets and shower. Our unit is facing the ocean which is the cherry on top.

The house is inside an estate and the security personel were difficult and not too helpful

short and sweet !!

The property was very safe and clean with a beautiful view and modern finishes which we loved. Gorgeous view.

There was no airconditioning/ fans in the apartment . It was a warm day and we battled to fall asleep. The windows don’t open wide so you get NO airflow. On a hot day it would be very unpleasant . And we were told to not leave the door open because of the problem with Baboons, so we found it uncomfortably hot!! Lack of communication prior to booking the unit asking if there was aircons or fans. Please add some fans in the rooms . No soap in bathrooms.

Nice views and very relaxing.

It is a pet friendly accommodation but the patio is not fenced up so your fur baby can actually run down into the bush
