Sunnyside is a hidden gem that has a more residential feel than the rest of the Emerald Coast. It is hidden away from the bumper-to-bumper traffic along 30a, Destin, and PCB. On Sunnyside Beach, there are no McMansions allowed right on the beachfront, meaning that you have access to an entire "Old Florida" beach that still has footpaths through the native dune vegetation and sea oats. This home is only a few years old and is designed as a residence, not just a rental. The lovely home is only one house away from Front Beach Road and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Serenade by the Sea comfortably accommodates 12 guests, making it the ideal family getaway. The house has everything you expect in a luxury property, including a big pool with a wading area, grill, elevator, outdoor shower, covered lanai, 8 Smart TVs (bring your Disney+ and Netflix accounts), WiFi 6 network, and a commanding view from the balconies. Our house is right between 30a and Pier Park, making it a quick drive to shopping centers in either direction. It's only a mile away from Thomas' Donut Shop, a favorite local eatery! The dimensions of the pool are 15’ x 32’ by 6’ on the deep end. Larger than the standard "Jellybean" pool. The bottom surface of the pool has a Sparkling Blue finish. A paver patio surrounds the pool area over 10 feet all around the pool to allow for chairs, etc. The pool has a "Sun Shelf" that allows for wading and or sitting in the water. The pool gradually slopes from 3 feet at one side to a deep end of a full 6 feet. Water features include a fountain shooting from the side into the pool. Multicolored LED lights are built into the pool. Pool heating is available. During the Summer, heating is not generally needed. Ease of access is unbeatable: only a 20-minute drive from the airport (ECP: Emerald Coast Beaches International Airport) without toll roads. My only two complaints would be that the bunk room is in the garage and there is no way for the kids to get upstairs unless they go outside or ride the elevator unattended. The second complaint would be the neighbor to the left of the front of the house, constantly complaining to us on a daily basis. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our needs and a short short walk to the beach. It was also appreciated that there were toys in the garage for use and we left some behind as well. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool area even if the neighbors constantly complained that we had children playing.

This property was amazing. Our 4 generations, ranging from ages 3 years to 84 years, loved it! It’s beautifully decorated, first class accommodations. Every need is anticipated. Pool was fantastic. Good group areas but plenty of space to spread out. Gulf was a super easy, barely a block away and visible from upper decks of the house. Correspondence with property management was answered very quickly and more that satisfactorily. This was our first Vrbo experience and it set a high bar. Would definitely recommend this property!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautifully decorated, the rooms were large, and the ocean views were great. My girls loved the bunk beds under the stairs. The pool heat was awesome! Close proximity to both 30A and PCB. The beaches were never crowded and we found lots of beautiful shells. Property management was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed spending the week at this house. The location was great with a very short walk to the beach. The chairs and umbrellas provided was a real plus. This house was amazing! We’re used to staying in Santa Rosa and decided to venture out a bit this time and wasn’t disappointed at all! The house is even better than described. Our group ages ranged from 2-45 and everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

Loved this house! We book a vacation house every year with our family. Usually about 12 of us. This is by far the cleanest place we have stayed. Close to everything without being so noisy. Quiet neighborhood! Will be keeping this property saved for future vacations!
