Para ser un apartamento está muy bien ..cama muy cómoda ..detalle de las cápsulas de café y té...
Bueno ...cada poco se encendió la alarma de humo a los vecinos y es realmente molesto ...al parecer son muy sensibles...al ducharse huelen las tuberías ...no había una escoba para barrer al menos...yo soy muy limpia y me hubiese gustado poder al menos barrer y fregar ya que la ducha ,la puerta no cierra bien y sale agua fuera...somos de León y llegábamos una hora antes y TP nos dejaron entrar ya q aún la limpieza no estaba ...de limpieza nada ...no nos toco terraza TP...la piscina arriba estaba sucia asiq. TP pudo la niña pegar un chapuzón ...

Fue un apartamento espectacular
Primera calidad. Todo súper limpio. Climatizado.
Seguridad en el acceso. Tiene un supermercado DÍA abierto todos los días justo en los bajos del edificio. Mcdonal a 3 min.
Cafetera nespresso y kit de bienvenida con cápsulas y tés
A 50 mts del hospital virgen del Rocio.

Great apartment with everything you need to cook and feel comfortable. The furnishings are modern and clean, with a small amount of tea and coffee provided. Right next to a nice supermarket, so it's very convenient. Easy access to building and room. I would stay here again!
The smoke alarm is very sensitive, so if anyone in the building isn't careful with their cooking, the alarm goes off for an hour. This happened once in a 5-day stay.

Wir kamen nicht ins Haus, weil ich trotz kompletter Anmeldung keinen Türcode bekam. Nach 30 min. Warten und mehreren Telefonaten konnten wir erst hinein.

The apartment sparkles with newness and has everything you need. Air conditioning, beds, bathrooms - everything works and is perfect. So much so that we will want to use the same company in other cities.
A little far from the main attractions and no private parking. But that's what I agreed to, so I can't complain.

Difficile de trouver l’établissement ; nous avions pris un taxi qui nous a laissé à 1 km avec nos bagages, persuadé d’être à la bonne adresse ! Fenêtre de la chambre cassée, piscine sale avec vue sur un quartier pas terrible…

La piscine, l'appartement, la baignoire, l'appartement n'est pas central mais pas très loin du centre en bus.
Cela aurait été bien d'avoir des serviettes supplémentaires pour la piscine, et des chiffons/torchons auraient été utiles.

L’établissement est propre et très bien entretenu.
La piscine nous donner une magnifique vue sur Séville.
Cependant je retire 1 point car nous avons découvert des fourmis dans notre chambre dès le deuxième jour.
Depuis notre séjour le ménage n’a pas été effectué.

Very modern and clean. Well equipped and the view was lovely
Code to access the door was too long. Sink in the bathroom had bad drainage and would fill up and not drain. There was a silver fish under the shower. The shower leaked onto the floor substantially. Toilet roll was sparse and not replaced upon cleaning room. Gentleman on reception was lovely however we could not communicate with him after expressing I could not speak Spanish he would continue to speak to me as if I should understand.
There were no measures to reduce the number of mosquitoes in our room

Clean, spacious, COMFY. Grocery store right next door and a full kitchen if you want to cook. Also great to have the laundry on site. We intentionally booked this as our mid destination so could do our laundry for the second half of our trip. It was great!

Everything was excellent! Specious apartment, clean, comfy with big TV. Kitchen is well equipped, good coffee machine. Laundryroom has drying machine.
Rooftop and the pool are not very clean.

Pay attention on the location…first neighbour is hospital and no metter how much do you party, ambulance is louder…

Well equipped and clean apartment. Roof top pool and supermarket next door. You can either walk going through via the lovely maria luisa park or you can get the bus.

Abit pricy for not being central. Wish it would be possible to store luggage before checkin.
