This house was beautiful couldn’t have picked anything better. The location was brilliant. Right in the city centre. Don’t bother with a hotel get this house.

The house was newly decorated and extremely clean. The facilities were great and the location was absolutely ideal for us. The beds were extremely comfy and the bathroom and kitchen are of an extremely high standard. Grant, the owner was extremely and welcoming during a phone call in the run up to our stay. Won't hesitate to book again when in the area! Thanks!

Such a tiny thing but the bedroom windows could maybe do with something a little thicker over them than the blinds. They let in an awful lot of light in the morning.

Keysafe makes it easy to access. Facilities were spot on and the place is nicely presented and super clean.

Very professional check-in. The host was incredibly friendly and the property was amazing. Spotless throughout, great facilities and incredibly modern and well decorated. The bedrooms and lounge were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with the necessities, including new crockery and cutlery. Excellent location, very peaceful but easy to access local amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nothing not too like

Felt very comfortable staying here, very homely, the decor and interior was to such a high standard which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect right in the city centre and a great nights sleep in a comfy bed which was just what I needed while working there. Host was also very helpful and catered for all needs, very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quality stay in the area for work or pleasure. It also came with free parking which was an added bonus, I would definitely stay here again next time I’m here.

The size and location was Excellent for Sunderland city centre and Park Lane Metro metro less than 2 min walk away The house was very spacious and spotless clean with tasteful quality furniture and accessories The beds were so comfy and warm and the kitchen is very well equipped, excellent Shower too The lounge is very comfortable with large tv and recliner sofas Small private courtyard and a garage so if you wanted to put the car away it’s ideal When Covid restrictions allow I will be back as it’s an ideal location to enjoy the city centre and theatre when it re opens
