Situated in North Fort Myers, this charming house for $272 per night is a great choice for your next break. Escape the winter cold, or get away from the hustle and bustle of life with a stay at our serene 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home with gorgeous canal views! Enjoy a daily dip in the heated saltwater pool, or make a day trip to one of the area's breathtaking white sand beaches. All of your favorite places to shop and a well-stocked Publix are just a short drive from our home. Kick back and relax on the back patio overlooking the pool and canal, or enjoy the breeze on our front, screened-in porch. Our neighborhood is very beautiful, quiet, clean, and safe. It is located minutes from a Super Target, Walmart, Publix, and more shopping. **NEW UPDATES** March 2021- *converted pool to saltwater *replaced living room rug and sofa pillows May/June 2021- *powerwashed dock *replaced dock lights *replaced broken floor tiles *regrouted kitchen floor *added central A/C ductwork and vents into both upstairs bedrooms (eliminating need for window A/C units! They may still be present while we work on removing them and closing the openings, but they are now completely unnecessary to cool those bedrooms!) *added electric griddle, burr coffee grinder, pizza cutter, wine opener, and rolling pin to the kitchen July 2021- *updated vanity lighting in master bathroom *brand new washer and dryer set *brand new microwave *renovated 4th bedroom June 2022- *updated vanity lighting in upstairs bathroom

We had a great time at this rental. The property was as described. The checking and checkout process was easy. It was was close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Close to Ft. Myers beach, which is where we went. Close to Miromar Outlets. We love the canal and pool at the property. If you like mangoes and coconuts visit FruitScapes tropical fruit market in Bokeelia. Overall we enjoyed everything about this family vacation.

Relaxing
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and felt comfortable. Really loved the pool and sitting on the dock watching the turtles. There is a family of burrowing owls a few doors down and that a joy to drive by and see. The patio cover leaked when it rained so we couldn't sit outside or grill during any rain events. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cons: only downstairs bathroom is master suite so if you are coming from pool you have to walk through/around the kitchen and down the hall to get to a bathroom, outdoor patio set could use some new cushions, carpet on stairs need cleaning... but overall very very lovely stay!

Our Family loved the house! This house was very accommodating for the six of us and we loved the heated pool. We liked the location and it was an easy drive to Fort Myers beach, Sanibel Island and Naples. The house is located in a nice quiet neighbor hood. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation
We had an amazing stay here! We were worried that the pool wasnāt going to be warm enough to swim in since the temperatures outside were in the upper 70s but the heated pool was amazing! It was warmer in the pool then it was outside. Salt water pool was an added bonus too! Kitchen was fully stocked, lots of towels, plenty of beach supplies including chairs, cart for beach, and sand toys, even games and books for the kids. There was even a welcome basket of snacks and such! Location was close to plenty of grocery stores. We had a wonderful stay and would consider staying again!

Solo trip to FL
The house is very cute and sits on one of the many canals in Cape Coral. It looked just like the photos. The pool was well cared for and warm. I enjoyed sitting on the pool deck- watching the pelicans and other birds swooping around. The property manager responded very quickly for a broken microwave. My only complaints are there were a few light bulbs out, I couldnāt find dishwasher or laundry soap and had to buy both, otherwise the house was stocked.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Sunshine. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful family getaway. We loved our pool time and exploring the nearby beaches. We would definitely visit and stay again!

This house is adorable and had everything we needed! Very clean! Dock area was great for watching the turtles and drinking coffee. Screened in pool was our favorite! Beds were comfortable, even the packnplay had a comfy mattress! Will stay here again when we go back to Fort Myers.

Everything was greatā¦Only thing is I text the property manager to let her know the washer quit working on us and never got a response.. we had to take our laundry and the laundry that was required to be done somewhere so it was done.

Check in/out process was easy. Very clean and well maintained. Close to stores. Zach was in contact on multiple occasions to make sure our needs were met.
