Nestled in Granby, this charming condo for $306 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Updated rustic modern home in the Kicking Horse Lodges subdivision of Granby Ranch! Granby Ranch is a four-season mountain resort located just 90-miles West of Denver and 15-minutes north of Winter Park. This vacation rental is a 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a spacious 1276 sq ft. You will appreciate a private entrance and private balcony with breathtaking mountain views. As you enter through the front door you will find a coat closet, ski storage, and a sitting area to slide into your boots and hit the slopes. A small flight of stairs takes you up to the main living area where you will be welcomed with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and windows boasting the incredible beauty of the Rocky Mountains! You will soon understand why we decided to call our home "Casa Cielo Azul". "Cielo" meaning Sky and "Azul" meaning Blue. It could also be that our address is BlueSky Trail! The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a countertop with 2 bar stools, dining area (seating for six), laundry room closet with a full-size washer and dryer, a double-sided gas fireplace separating the kitchen and family area, main floor master, full bathroom, and a private balcony with bar-style seating and gas grille. The 2nd floor has a loft with a sleeper sofa, perfect for lounging or reading the next New York Times best-seller, and a desk area to work or study when you have to take a break from playing. In addition to the loft, there is a full-size bathroom and the 2nd bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle. Granby Ranch is nestled against the Continental Divide, home to Ski Granby Ranch, Bike Granby Ranch, Golf Granby Ranch and Fish Granby Ranch. Ski Granby Ranch: The Kicking Horse community has its own chairlift which is steps away from Casa Cielo Azul. With over 406 acres and 41 trails, Ski Granby Ranch is the family-friendliest ski resort around. Winter activities at the Ranch include Skiing (Both Downhill & Nordic), Snowboarding & Snowshoeing. Summer activities include Bike Granby Ranch: The resort's downhill, cross-country, and family biking trails draw cyclists from far and wide and are enjoyed by experts and beginners alike. Golf Granby Ranch is an 18-hole championship course and is consistently ranked as one of the top mountain courses in the state. Fish Granby Ranch – A private three-mile stretch of the Fraser River is a gold-medal tributary of the Colorado River. Fly fishing at the ranch is only accessible when accompanied by professional guides. In addition, hiking the Ranch offers 5,000 acres of Rocky Mountain views, an abundance of wildlife, aspens (amazingly beautiful in the fall) and sunsets that will truly take your breath away (and maybe the altitude). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed for short-term rentals due to the Kicking Horse HOA policies, and smoking in the unit is prohibited. It was beautiful, exactly as described! We had a great vacation, enjoying peaceful mornings with our coffee and the view, the 3 young adults learned to ski, and all the family played games together in evening. Ate most meals in, thanks to full kitchen, but ate a few in Granby a short drive away. Would definitely stay again!

Such a great place to stay! This condo is close to the slopes, has great amenities and is very clean. This is the second time we have stayed here and it will still be one we come back to. We liked lounging in the family room and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Finally, the hosts were amazing! Always quick responses and very helpful.

Nice place overall--clean, well-apportioned, nice views, convenient check-in, etc. Hosts had good communication. The two downsides were temp control was a bit odd--master bedroom would get very warm to keep living room warm--and upstairs bedroom's bed was pretty uncomfortable. Overall nice place, just took a little getting used to.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Cielo Azul. The condo has been updated with many great features. The owners are very responsive to any questions and sent us welcome information that was well done, containing all information about condo. We loved being close to ski left and community hot tub is steps away. Definitely recommend

Beautiful property! Super clean and they thought of EVERYTHING to make the stay comfortable. Ski in ski out location was amazing- Our kids loved being so close to the lifts and great skiing! Jerry and Juanita were wonderful! We will be back!

There is A LOT to enjoy about this home, from the stylish furnishings, comfortable beds, nice layout for two couples or family of 4-5, communicative hosts, and its location to all activities of Grand County. But the best part is waking up to the colorful hues of the Colorado sky and surrounding rolling hills.

This was a last minute get away, Jerrry and Juanita were very accommodating. The house anticipated all our needs! They have thought of everything . Just pack your bags and go! The Sunset is breathtaking !

Lovely get away in Granby
We had a lovely get away here in Granby. The spectacular views of snow covered mountains were great. We enjoyed shopping at the nearby grocery store, cooking in the kitchen, while listening to our favorite tunes (via the iPad and speaker). The restaurants in town had great food and the drives to the surrounding areas were short and enjoyable. We loved it all. We will definitely be back.

More than you See
This is a great property!! The quality of this unit is more than the pictures show!! My family of 4 was more than comfortable in this unit and the amenities were top notch!! We spent most of our time in this townhome and found it very enjoyable. It is also a short walk to the slopes, so it made it that much better. Hopefully we will get to stay here again. Owners were also great with communication and so gracious.

Perfect Anytime of Year
This was one of our best vacation stay experiences. Juanita was so quick to respond and to give updates. Check-in and out was so easy. We absolutely loved this home. It was located in the perfect place, with hiking and outdoor exploration just right around the corner. Many trails were just steps away from the front door. Fall was the perfect time to visit. The weather was still nice and cool, but not too cold. Winter would be the perfect time to stay if you love to ski, because you are surrounded by ski slope and the lifts are so close. If you like to golf or fish there is a golf course next door and a fishing area. The drive to Grand Lake took less than 30 minutes. Winter Park was about 15 minutes away and there are tons of shops and restaurants there. RMNP took about 40 minutes to get to and the drive there was beautiful. This is the prime place to stay to access all these places. The Keurig, griddle, patio grill and bar area, and the fireplace were some of our favorite amenities. Overall just a wonderful experience! Thanks again for a great stay!!
