By mistake I left my Jeans, Belt and Hanky in the room. Connected with them the same day over phone and requested, if I can come and pick it up. They haven't looked into it and in-fact after few follow-ups also, they haven't gave me call back OR confirmed about my items. HAVEN'T GOT THEM BACK

Staff was not welcoming. It was like they don't care. No greetings, no smile. Breakfast was also not to 5 star standard.

Due to an unforeseeable situation, I requested the hotel for cancellation of my booking. The hotel staff agreed despite having one day stay in the hotel.

The room was spacious.

Even after having received confirmation from the hotel that there would be no charge for an early check due to flights, reception charged me an extra night even after checking the email that they sent me as confirmation. There were a lot of mosquitoes. Whilst the hotel and room look good, the cleanliness is questionable in terms of the bathroom maintenance. The service of the staff is very poor in a sense that their turnaround time on requests run between 2-3 hours or they don’t bother at all to follow up. On departure when paying for room service, reception had the audacity to tell me they don’t keep change, and asked why don’t I use my card, considering the review and cost per night, one would expect a highly star rated hotel to at least have change.
