Featuring a large primary bedroom with ensuite and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a guest bath across the hall with a tub / shower combo. You can enter the penthouse from Spring Street and take the stairs or elevator to the third floor. You can also enter from Bay Street where your designated carport space and additional entrance to elevator are located.

My niece and I enjoyed our stay completely. I hoped for snow and my hopes were answered. The view was spectacular. It’s a huge plus to be able to walk around town as soon as you leave the building. Parking is always an issue in all neighborhoods of Harbor Springs and we were happy to have our own covered space reserved. Our stay was a stress free , relaxing and comfortable experience.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay. One of the bedroom blinds & curtain were broken upon arrival, and since we arrived on a Sat. afternoon of a holiday weekend, had to wait until Tuesday to get things fixed, but then it was corrected immediately. Did find out a few days later the oven door would not close completely, meaning the oven would not completely preheat or maintain temp unless we held the door closed. That was not fixed during our stay, so we did without available oven for our second week.

The condo was very comfortable. A few things needed fixing, but on the whole it was in good condition. Views were spectacular. People at Graham were fabulous (as always!). Enjoyed our stay there.

This is our second year staying at the Bank Penthouse Ste. 10 in downtown Harbor Springs. We absolutely love it there! The gorgeous views from the balcony are such a treat! We really enjoyed watching the boats come in the harbor. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed! The only thing I would add is that the front door knob handle needed to be tightened. It came off a few times when we were leaving. Overall, it was a fantastic visit and we would definitely like to stay there again! Thank you!!!

Great property! Back patio is smaller than photos made it seem. Rest of unit was as advertised. The management company website is annoying. It requires you to download an app to your phone. Also, the move out instructions weren't able to be addressed in the day that they were needed. No coffee maker other than a Keurig. (we purchased one from Wal-Mart). The place could have been a little cleaner. No hand soap in master bath. However the location and layout of the place helped us to overlook the smaller inconveniences.
