We were unable to enjoy the St Simon condo due to one of the people in our party contracted covid and the rest of the party were exposed. Cindy quickly responded and was very understanding of the situation. I will definitely book this condo with Cindy in the near future.

Usually "pet friendly" is code for *dog* friendly, but luckily this property's pet policy also extends to cats. This was the purrfect place for me and my little tuxedo girl, Clara, to take a few days off. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Clara did a twice-over when we checked in and then settled in for the weekend. She loved it there (as did I). The condo is centrally located and just a short drive from all of the amenities of St. Simon's and the Golden Isles. We're both a little bummed to be home, but we would most certainly come back!

My husband, 2 year old son, sister and her fiance (plus their dog) stayed here for our vacation to St. Simons Island. This condo is a perfect getaway that has everything you need for a home away from home. Our communication with Cindy was always prompt and she was very accommodating. We came into a very clean condo with everything we needed (cooking, linens, cleaning). We used the gym and the pool our condo was associated with and both amenities were clean and ready for use. All of the instructions were clear for any access codes and normal maintenance for the condo. The condo was close to everything we wanted to explore like museums, beaches and walking trails. We all had a lot of fun and we will be keeping this condo in mind if we're going back to this area again. If you're looking for a place to maintain your routine, and have a place to relax for vacation, book this condo!

The property was clean and very comfortable. It was well located in proximity to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in this area.

Great property with lots of extras. Cindy is a great host and has equipped the property with things that just make it feel like home. The property has access to a pool for those days you just don't feel like going to the beach. The location is great! You are no more than 5-10 mins from anything you may need or want to do. We always hate to leave. This place feels (for us) like home away from home.

Wonderful vacation rental! Close proximity to beaches and shopping with several restaurants within walking distance. The condo was immaculate upon arrival. All of the furnishings were very comfortable. I should also note that the coffee mugs were comfortable as well…something we coffee lovers all understand. =) We had some bad weather days during our stay but we felt so at home in the condo that we didn’t mind a bit. There was plenty of space for each of us to relax without feeling cramped. We had the best time and will definitely book with Cindy on our next visit to SSI!

Enjoyed visiting somewhere we have never been. Unfortunately we didn’t exactly have pool and beach weather during our short stay. Plenty of good restaurants to choose from.

Our family had a great time for our spring break week. Locate Smack dab in the middle of St Simons, 30 seconds from great food options (Southern soul bbq, Jimmy John, Larry’s subs, McDonalds, etc, ), 5 minutes from beach/downtown (more great restaurants). Condo has a great layout, was super clean, and updated. Quiet community and the only issue was 2 days of rain ;)! Cindy was on the ball with communication and would recommend for family or couples just looking to get away and enjoy the island!

This condo was exactly as described on the website. It was nicely decorated with comfy furnishings, very comfortable beds and everything we could have needed during our stay. Cindy really thought of everything down to the emergency and sewing kit she provided. The location is very convenient and the community is well maintained. The fact that this condo was dog friendly was a plus for us. There is a specified pet area just a short walk down the side walk which was very convenient and well maintained. I would highly recommend Cindy's condo if you are in the area.

Property is exactly as shown in listing, pictures and description perfect. The unit is exceptionally furnished, from dinnerware to wine glasses (thanks for the nice wine glasses Cindy!) and the host even has start up cleaning/bathing products. (there is a sewing kit with other essentials, very thoughtful) I texted the host a few questions during our one month stay and she responded quickly, usually in minutes. Gated community is quiet and very friendly, parking was never an issue, and everything is well laid out. All electronics work great, instructions are clear, unit was very clean and well furnished. Cindy is great host, my wife and I stayed for a month and will come back,

This condo was located so convenient to everywhere we needed to be on our recent golf trip to St. Simons / Sea Island. Check in was super easy, Cindy was spot on in communications and the unit was immaculately clean and super cute.

We had a great visit on the island during the RSM classic. The unit was very clean and comfortable.
