Located in Laconia, this attractive house for $297 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to the Beautiful Waterfront getaway. My home is located on a river connected to Lake Opechee with private access to the river. This newly renovated home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. If you look outside you will see a beautiful view overlooking the river. Enjoy the warm fire pit, giant pergola outside. A deck also overlooks the river where you can spend time grilling and enjoying your morning coffee. 2 Kayaks will be provided to float down the river and explore Lake Opechee starting May 1st. This is a 2 unit home. Your private downstairs unit has over 1,300 sq ft. The driveway is shared with the neighboring house. You will always have 2 parking spots available. If an additional spot is needed please contact me before arrival. The pergola, fire pit, deck are all private for you. Each room has a smart tv equipped with Netflix and YouTube TV. Bedroom 1 has a 55inch Samsung. Bedroom 2 has a 50 inch Vizio. The living room has a 65 inch Samsung and the 3 season room has a 65 inch Samsung as well. The kitchen has all you will need to cook or bake provided with plenty of pots/ pans, utensils, cooking oil, salt/pepper and plenty more.

We enjoyed our stay. The view of the river was very nice. The host was very attentive so we had everything we needed and more. It’s a property in the heart of the city, so we walked to local places which was a bonus.

The place was as advertised. We loved the fire pit out by the river. The host left us almost everything for s'mores. The home was clean and well stocked. Bed and linens were so comfortable. The towels were super soft. Shower was a little complicated to work but we figured it out. Location is awesome and near so many things. Just love the place. Nice to sit on front porch and have morning coffee but if it wasn't so dam cold the back porch would have been even better. Thank you for our stay.

Everything in the house was well stocked and it was an easy drive to different outings. As the parent of a child with multiple allergies, just a few things to note- the shower curtain had lots of mildew and clearly needs to be replaced. The towels also had some stains on them. In addition, recommend cigarette butts are cleaned out of the fire pit. I had picked this place because no pets are allowed, however, there was a cat that spent a fair amount of time on the front porch and outside of the game room. I did see some cat hair in the game room. We had to stop allowing our child in that room due to an asthma attack. The place was fine overall but those few things made a difference.

We had a great stay. The unit itself is well kept and has plenty of space. We stayed there to ski at Gunstock which was <15min drive. Access was easy and the owner shared clear communication before we arrived.

We had a nice time recharging and relaxing at this location. We lit the fire at night and enjoyed the quiet outside. We loved the game room which kept us very entertained. The mattress was also very comfortable the way everyone discussed in prior reviews!

This house had all the charm of a New England home! Beautiful water views and close to everything. We intended to try out the kayaks, but the current looked a bit swift and we decided against it. We did make great use of the fire pit on a cool evening to cook some smores. The house had everything we needed and had very comfortable beds. We made friends with a super sweet cat and made sure she had plenty of treats while we were there.

Very nice, exactly as pictured, beds are very comfortable, very well equipped. You don't have to start from scratch buying spices, plastic wrap. Even if you forget your toothbrush it was there!

This owner has thought of EVERYTHING. Things you didn't even know you needed, but you did, they had them. But let's start at the beginning. RESERVATION: Communication was quick and courteous. All questions answered fast and completely. CHECK IN: Super duper easy. With the owner even following up with a text to make sure we had the check in information and everything was going as planned. Ummm...did I tell you they had skewers and s'mores fixings for us? Yep. Right on the counter when we walked in. If that's not a "welcome" I don't know what is. THE PROPERTY: Immaculate, cozy, all the extras. Remember how I said they thought of the things you didn't? Well, there was coffee, creamer, all the condiments, cooking supplies, even toiletries with Tylenol. After days in a cramped, musty, hotel room, this was JUST what we needed. Outdoor area was so wonderful! And the beautiful cat that liked to wander by for a pet or two was a great touch. We couldn't get enough of the lake and the free kayaks. The inside of the house was just as top notch. I need to find out what mattress they have on the beds, because, yowza, it was better than being at home. The entire house was updated, and the ability to wash our clothing, made for a very relaxing end of our trip. There's really SO much I could say about this property and owners, but really what it boils down to is, this is a perfect location, super fair price, and a wonderful place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is an older home that has been updated very well. We enjoyed grilling, fire pit, dinner on the outdoor deck, game room (including darts, pool table, games) We rented the boat and had Steven take us around the lake which was awesome! He had snacks & drinks for us and we had a blast! I definitely recommend the boat ride, if you want to see the area! Thank you for a great experience!!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice place to stay within a short drive of the White Mountains, and this was perfect! It was too early for the lake, so we had a night under the pergola and had a great time. It was walking distance to downtown, and if you go you have to try Goody Good's donuts!
