Ok but not great

Kitchen set up was great, had fridge, sink etc. Room and apartment layout was good. Walking distance to tram at the uni. Alos liked being able to park downstairs, that was relatively straightforward.

Comfort was a little lacking.... The beds were a little hard for my liking, the aircon was not so great & it was a little warm at night & early mornings (being an eco-friendly hotel perhaps it was not as good?). The blinds also allowed a bit of light in so that made the mornings heat up very quickly. Also the bin hadn't been emptied from the guests beforehand and was almost full.

The staff were fantastic prior to my arrival,r and avail themselves to ensure I was well informed of SOP and information, etc for duration is stay at Pinnacle On The Park, Parkwood. Asset modern, spacious, and cleanliness allround upkeep of property.

nothing to not like about property and my stay. more, constructive criticism. I understand that space is a premium,the car spaces are just too narrow to park to comfortably have vehicle slotted.

Location and easy to find and quiet street was the only bonus.

The location was central to everything - liked that it had air-conditioning; especially as it was so hot.

Did not like that one of the toilets leaked and a strong odor was present. There was no salt or pepper or any dish cloths, or any dishwashing powder for the dishwasher or any dishwashing liquids at all. Only received 4 towels for 3 nights no face cloths and only one tea towel, the kitchen table was all marked and some of the furniture looked like it had cigarette burns on it, and another lounge chair would of been helpful. Did not like that once we had the keys could not contact the host especially when we locked the keys in the apartment and it was very stressful and expensive to sort out, easy contact i.e a phone number for someone and a spare key would of been useful especially as there were three of us.

Would be great if there were a few more amenities such as dish washing powder and laundry detergent.

We we’re happy spending 7 days there, my kids loved the place and asked me to come back in the same place next time, def

We like everything, the location was perfect, not too far from the theme parks and surfers paradise, also very close to several shopping centres including the outlets. We also visited Brisbane for the day.

Big, Nice and quiet, however some issues when we arrived.

Big enough, nice and quiet area.

Basic amenities were not provided such as dishwasher liquid/tablet, hairdryer, empty handwash soap. BBQ facility were not informed on how to access it, no view and you need to pay parking (in a suburban area) this is should be included part of the stay.

Well positioned unit

Spacious rooms, great location, modern, comfortable. Close to food choices.

Stains on the chairs and lounge, dirty floor, needed a washing up cloth and tea towel, tempermental security key for elevator. Didn't see any staff.

everything. the apartment didn’t match description. it was very dirty, had to clean it. beds are hard and uncomfortable. parking wasn’t easy. no furniture in the bbq area. honestly don’t stay here, not worth the price.

Would definitely need some one available to answer question re accommodation

Proximity to hospital

No one to help with questions we had re air conditioner, no sharp knives or sharper more cooking utensils needed and no fire alarms. Glass windows very dirty , couches and dinning chairs with many stains and no face washers or hair dryer

Excellent hassle free

Washer dryer and laundry powder to do a quick load of washing even for a 3 day stay

The smelly rubbish shoot!!!!! It stunk the entire level out. Suggest maybe get that cleaned daily or sprayed down frequently. The smell was putrid of old fish rotten egg yuck. But other than that would deffs stay again

Good Location but room for improvement

Secure parking, spacious living area. Well appointed

Balcony door did not close & could not be locked. No balcony tables or seats. Washing machine connected to hot tap only therefore could not wash all clothes. No clothes rack only dryer. Washing machine appears to leak and had to turn hot water tap off. Floor around washing machine was not clean with debris up the side of the washing machine. No bathmat or hand towels

No grocery store nearby. No clean done. Stain on mattress. Had to wash our own sheets

clean and lots of room

not enough utensils to utilize the kitchen and the other room that only had a chair could have had a desk. I’m traveling for work and had to run lead’s across the floor

Convenience

Location was perfect for our needs.

The smell that seemed to radiate through the entire building, was so off-putting, I would hold my breath exiting our room, until the elevator. If I had to go to the lobby, I’d have to hold my breath again. I don’t know what it was, but it was sickly & unpleasant.

The apartment was spacious, all the amenities were almost there including hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Checking-in and Checking-out was too easy. They let us check-in early, so happy about that.

Cleanliness- Bathroom was basically unclean. The toilet brush had poop on it. Shower Drainge was blocked. Bedsheet has stains on it. I msgd the property but got no response during my stay. I washed the linen myself and then used it.

Definitely good place to stay for the price and location.

Great big apartment, nice and modern, clean and good facilities in the apartment.

Would have been great too have had a small milk in the fridge.

Recommended for family stay

This 2bedroom 2bathroom modern apartment is spacious, everything looks new and clean. Toilet amenities are generous too. Location is walking distance from University Hospital Trem Station,

No rubbish bin in both bathrooms, it only have one rubbish bin under the kitchen sink

The unit itself was great! Would stay there again.

Nice and spacious, clean. Paid parking is probably required as street parking was limited each time we needed it.

The lift was difficult to use. There was a sign saying hold for 2 seconds but that didn’t work and luckily someone came along to use the left after 5 mins of trying - they showed us you had to hold the button in for like 7 seconds before it would work. As there were no staff around to help this would have been a big problem without the others coming by.

It was perfect to visit friends who live in Southport. Very handy to shops etc.

Location great. Spacious for 2 people, bright and nice outlook.

Sparse facilities. 2 mugs one chipped badly. One dishwashing tablets for 3 nights. TV remotes batteries dead. Suggest small bin in bathroom.

Great location to GCUH, not good for a restful sleep.

Very good communication from host, instructions to get in the front door a little difficult, but then easy to get keys to unit. Great location and short walk to Gold Coast University Hospital. Inexpensive onsite parking.

Bed was terrible, not at all comfortable, whenever either of us turned over the whole bed moved and bed frame creaked (a lot) and kept waking us up, pillows not much better. After 3 nights we were glad to get home for a good sleep in our own bed. Very sterile unit, a few pics on wall would make it more homely.

Beautiful and peaceful

I liked the no contact check in, and the building was quiet and very clean. Our apartment was beautiful, and so spacious. I was pleasantly surprised of the value for money, and would return if I travelled there again.

Our key sensors took several attempts to work the lift, we followed the instructions and even had another resident help but i think perhaps our battery was dying? We of course got it to work after a few attempts, but it happened almost every time we used the lift.

It's was very clean, modern, quiet

The room needs a fan just for circulation, and the couch was not a comfortable couch to sit on for a long period of time (unfortunately I couldn't do much else as I was recovering from surgery)
