The beautiful Villa Sueno is located in the exclusive Puntacana Resort & Club, a gated resort & residential community with a 24-hour gated entrance and security. This airy villa in Tortuga has 3 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. Lush gardens surround this spacious and bright villa. The property has a private pool and a large covered seating area with a BBQ and plenty of outdoor dining space. Villa Sueno is located on the 2nd hole of Tortuga Bay on the prestigious La Cana golf course; a 27-hole championship golf course designed by P. B. Dye, featuring holes with ocean views across Tortuga, Arrecife, and Hacienda. It's also home to the prestigious Corales Golf Course where an annual PGA tournament is held every March or April. Corales was declared the number-one course in the Caribbean by Golf Magazine. The Puntacana Resort & Club complex offers access to some of the best facilities in Punta Cana, including world championship golf courses, Oscar de La Renta Tennis Center, Puntacana Polo Club, Puntacana Equestrian Center, 3 miles of magnificent white sand beaches, the world-renowned Six Senses Spa, a pioneering ecological park with freshwater lagoons, and nine world-class eateries. Puntacana Resort & Club has everything you need to truly enjoy an amazing getaway. Villa Sueno is located approximately 3.5 miles from Punta Cana International Airport. In a short 10-minute drive you'll arrive at your private Caribbean oasis. Getting around the Puntacana Resort & Club is easy with a golf cart rental (inquire for pricing). If you want to venture outside the resort to the Punta Cana Village, the local supermarket, or the Blue Mall you can rent a car or taxi service and Uber is available. The Punta Cana Village is a 10-minute drive and offers boutique shopping and a choice of several restaurants. The Hard Rock Casino is about a 30-minute drive from the property. The rental includes a housekeeper (cleaning only and gratuity is NOT included). Cooking and meal preparation are available for an additional charge. A full-time property manager is available during your stay to handle any questions or concerns. Additional housekeeping is required for six (6) or more guests at an extra charge of US $30 per night. The villa sleeps 8, but it's not suitable for 8 adults, our maximum is 6 adults and 2 children. There are two guest rooms on the ground floor, a family room, a dining area, and a kitchen, all with air conditioning. The first bedroom has two queen beds, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV, a closet, an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, and a shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV, a large closet, an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, and a shower. The casual family room is large, with a high ceiling, lots of natural light, and a comfortable sitting area. You can walk directly out to the terrace and pool area from the family room. The family room is fully air-conditioned if you require it. The home was built and situated with the family room facing the prevailing ocean winds. The entire rear of the villa has seven floor-to-ceiling glass doors that all open up to allow for a comfortable ocean breeze to flow through the villa. There are also four large ceiling fans. The dining area is part of the main living area and has a large table that comfortably seats eight people. We find guests rarely use the dining area as most guests dine on the covered outdoor terrace. The kitchen has all the basics you will need; a microwave, coffee maker, oven, toaster, wine cooler, fridge, freezer, and all cooking utensils. The back garden is the jewel of Villa Sueno. The spacious terrace has a large dining table with plenty of seating. There is an additional sitting area with four large chairs and a coffee table. There is also a BBQ gas grill for your convenience. The pool area has eight chaise loungers for those seeking the sun. Enjoy a delicious lunch on the terrace overlooking the golf course, take a nap by the pool, and let the Caribbean ocean breeze cool you down. Upstairs on the balcony that overlooks the family room, you'll find a sitting area with a large sofa and two bookshelves with plenty of books and games. It's a great place to relax, read a book, sit, and upload those amazing vacation photos to social media. Also located on the upper floor is the spacious master bedroom with a king bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the back garden and golf course. Additional amenities are available in the villa; free WiFi, washer and dryer, hairdryer, all electrical outlets are US 120V, with daily garden and pool maintenance.. We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient, on the golf course but felt private. We appreciated having use of the golf cart, proximity to the walking path, and we enjoyed the Villa Sueno pool, the beach club beach and pool, Playa Blanca, and the Westin beach and pool. The Villa Suena pool was cleaned everyday which was important since the weather was breezy and the pool got considerable debris from the trees. It was disappointing that there were only three wicker chairs on the veranda and those were old and deteriorated but the lounge chairs around the pool were fine. Unfortunately there were no acrylic vessels to have drinks around the pool. The beds in the room with two beds creaked which made for uncomfortable sleep. We would have liked to watch a movie together some evenings but all of the TVs are in the bedrooms. It appears that there is probably a TV room upstairs but it was kept locked. Yeneli was lovely and very helpful. She kept everything clean and tidy. In sum we had a good time. A few small improvements at the house would be welcomed.

Gary was super communicative and helpful from the booking to the end of our stay. He bought a game for our family so we didn’t have to bring it in our luggage! He met us at the home and went over everything. We had an issue with the hot water heater, which was fixed immediately. The property was beautiful and perfect for our group of 7!

Beautiful home in an ideal location. Home was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The live in caretaker and property management were amazing and very responsive. We had use of the golf cart and were just a cart ride away from many of the local attractions. For locations a little further off, property management helped arrange safe transportation for us. The staff at the La Cana Golf Club were amazing and very welcoming. The club house was a perfect stop for our morning coffee, lunch, dinner, and evening nightcaps! We have stayed at many abroad vacation properties in the past and were very impressed by Villa Sueno. We felt safe and comfortable and look forward to returning to Villa Sueno.

We had a wonderful time with our family at Villa Sueno. The area is really quiet, the villa faces the golf course and is just a few minutes away from magnificent beaches.
We took advantage of the pool as it was very hot. the living room opens onto the garden through large bay windows.
Gary, the owner, was very responsive and available to take us to the grocery store.
We were lucky enough to have Gary organize a boat trip to Saona with the incredible Miguel who I really recommend contacting. He is simply amazing.
Yeneli, the housekeeper, cooks great local food and takes good care of the house. What you need to know is that she lives in the house, which I didn't know. It's a bit difficult to have someone in the house when you're not used to it.
I'd suggest Gary leaves a guest book at home with all the information we might need.
Don't forget mosquito repellent for your next stay as the climate is very humid.

Thank you for your hospitality. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get when you arrived. The owner is amazing, the staff at the house very friendly and always there to help. The house is clean and immaculate, the half bathroom downstairs wasn't working, but other than that I CAN HIGHLY recommend this place to have a wonderful time in Punta Cana!

Better than advertised. A Little piece of Heaven right on the La Cana Golf Course. Impecable grounds, Super Facilities with Modern Touches. Master Bedroom is above the rest. Great views and Large Space. Open Plan Living Room with Great Breeze Flow Supplied by the Acordeón Doors leading to the Pool Area.
Place is only 7-10 mts ride from the airport, some shops and restaurants. The use of the supplied Golf Cart was the key to the stay. Plenty to see and enjoy the surroundings of the resort while still using it to get the the La Cana Golf Course.
Hosts are super attentive and have a great set up for their unit. Always on point with all our interaction and fast with responses and advice.
If you like some Spanish/Local cuisine Yadelis will make you very happy. Great Lunch and Breakfasts and kept the place super clean. Will miss her.
All in All a Super Great Space to spend some down time while still playing some great local courses.
Will Definitely Repeat.

We had a lovely time at Villa Sueno with our family of three adults and two young children (ages 3 & 5). A beautiful property in a perfect location. Yemeli was incredibly helpful and kept the place in tip top shape. Couldn't recommend more!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was exactly as described. We enjoyed the pool, golf cart and beach club, and Yenali, the housekeeper, made us fabulous breakfasts and dinner. It was the perfect vacation for our family.

Everything , from sign up, communication during and leaving , was top drawer. Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of the home . Owner Gary had thought of everything, including a digital help to restaurants, activities, and procedures. If you are fortunate enough to rent Villa Sueno, grab it . You won’t be disappointed .

The Villa Sueno guide was terrific, and we used it for several restaurant recommendations. Gary was responsive to emails and Yaneli was very helpful during our stay. Our Spanish is very limited, but Google Translate helped us to communicate. Thank you again for a beautiful property and wonderful memories.

Stayed in Villa Sueno to celebrate my daughter’s graduation and Mom’s 70th. The villa was exactly what it states and the location is unmatched. Not to mention Yaneli is such a special soul. She welcomed us and provided amazing service. We will def it be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Sueno! The owners were very helpful from before the time that we traveled to the DR - providing a detailed electronic guidebook - up until the end of our stay. Sandra went the extra mile to help us arrange transportation and ensure that our stay was comfortable. Yaneli, the housekeeper, was attentive and very helpful. (She was patient with our woeful lack of Spanish, and we communicated well using Google translate.). The home was immaculate! We also happened to meet Gary, who was friendly and helpful with tips and recommendations.
-The home is beautiful - even better than the pictures - and well appointed. The bathrooms are newly re-done; the bed was comfortable; linens and towels were good quality and plentiful; the kitchen was very well stocked for a rental. The temperature of the house was comfortable. We appreciated AC in the bedroom, but didn't use it in other parts of the house. The fans and breezes kept the home very comfortable! The owners supply potable water, which is a huge plus and more eco-friendly than buying plastic water bottles.
-The outdoor space is truly the great draw of the home. We spent most of our time outside and enjoyed it immensely. The outdoor furniture was comfortable, the pool was gloriously refreshing; the landscaping was lush and beautiful. Note that the portion of the golf course beyond the yard is being worked on, but the work was not noisy or bothersome, and the beautiful yard more than made up for the golf course view.
-For those worried about bugs, I would note that we had virtually no problem. My husband is the type of person who is irresistible to bugs, and he had very, very few issues. I did not have a single bug bite despite spending most of our time outdoors.
We loved the home, and look forward to returning!!

What a trip!
From the onset Sandra and John were incredibly accommodating and walked us through every step of the process. Communication was great and the check in was seamless.
The house was immaculate and just perfect for our family. Well appointed and very comfortable for all.
The location was just a short golf cart ride to several local beaches and restaurants.
We had a little bit of a hiccup on the return to the airport but Sandra and team got us taken care of immediately.
