The room was clean and really well decorated. The air conditioning was quiet which is a plus when sleeping.

The location was wonderful. We had both breakfast and dinner at the resort. Both were very good. The front desk staff were very helpful.

We had little to no water pressure in the bathroom sink. There was only 1 remote for 2 televisions in the room.

Great stay right up until someone stole my stuff and nobody could help me

Someone stole my towels from the washer. Maybe some security cameras would be nice

I can’t I’m very disappointed

The pool and stuff was good

When we got there the bathroom has not cleaned I had to clean it before my granddaughter could use it dirty socks on the balcony (which is still there) insure bottle lay on the floor by the table it seemed like every day we found trash or someone’s stuff, when I txt the resort because our phone In the room didn’t work and told them they txted me back with a glad it got resolved I’m on vacation my husband and I work 60 a week and it got resolved cause I did it then I called asked for clean towels they told me they don’t do that so I had to go down and asked them they said that wasn’t true they never asked what they could do all I got again was they are glad it got resolved I think I should get the cleaning a day charge back for having to do it myself when I paid for it

Nice could have had a little better weather but overall we enjoyed our time.

The view and accessibility to things, parking garage needs larger spaces.

Bathroom shower had no water pressure as did the bathroom sink. Tub was not easy to get in and out of. Door code was persnickety.

Roaches

The location is great and view from the balcony

On our last morning, we were awoken by a ROACH on my boyfriend’s FACE. The low water pressure, dirty blankets, long up/down walk from parking garage and uncomfortable bed were on point with the previous reviews and we were willing to overcome, but failing to act on complaints of roaches and having to wake up and take one off of your face is another level. He also flung it across the room where it then ran into the kitchen and disappeared probably under the refrigerator so we had to take extra precautions while prepping to check out by shaking our belongings outside so as not to bring one home. It is incredibly unsanitary and traumatic to have this occur, and I hate to say that it could only have gotten to that side of his face through my hair. Three showers were taken that day.

Superb

Comfortable beds, great balcony view of the beach, clean and great decore.

They key pad entry on the door is very difficult to use. It usually took about 4 times of entering the 10 digit code to get in the room.

Enjoyed the restaurant downstairs the room is nice like the carpet in the bedroom it's very soft other than that the stay was pleasant

Found a dirty sock by the bed also the extra blanket in the closet was dirty with someone else hair on it the bathroom sink have low water pressure had to use the kitchen sink saw a roach the phones don't work the bed is comfortable but made noise while moving

It was nice

living space was nice could bring the dog pool and beach should be able to have discount for beach chairs --code or something

counter space in kitchen was small-the phone never worked-the guy was to come up and fix it -never did---the TV frequently lost cable but after third time coming up the guy showed us how to fix it.

It was clean.

Traveling with my ADA dog bad experience. Late in the evening sitting away from everyone with my dog in a stroller. I wasn't informed he wasn't allowed by the pool. 50 feet and I was told take him upstairs.

Hotel was nice

Through booking was told my price was guaranteed with no surprise fees. But was charged an extra $100 in total several days after I left for parking and housekeeping. Do plan on that no matter what website tells you

Had a great time and our room was awesome! Great view of the ocean!

Breakfast was excellent!

The beds weren’t that comfortable and the water pressure was horrible.

The unit needs help! The location and the beach were nice. The staff was friendly.

There were roaches in our unit! The refrigerator and the stove need to be updated. The “comforter” on the beds is paper thin. The beds are double beds not queen although it does state that in the unit description I just missed it. I would never book here again.

Decor in condo was cozy.

Facility was hard to get into Parking garage should have direct access to tower. Suppose to be a non smoking facility. People next to us smoking on balcony. Thermostat would not go below 68. Room was hot. Beds should be updated to queen size. Water pressure in shower very low..

Happy Vacation

I was looking for peaceful and clean got both. Great location! Very close to great shopping and restaurants.

I did not like that the pools/hot tubs did not open until 9am. Not good for us Early Birds!

The best time, my son was on break form College, so he had to study one d and found it very pleasant

I won't stay again.

The room I stayed in was clean and appeared to have been recently updated. The rest of the facilities looked run down and not so clean.

Noise from the next units can be heard clearly. The lobby doors weren't locked as they should have been. Front desk staff were friendly but long finger nails that have visible dirt under them are a put off. Another guest was at the desk discussing the mold in their room and the locked balcony door in the room they were moved to.

Recent stay

Everything was amazing! Staff very professional Rooms clean and very spacious. Walked out and was on the beach. When we needed sone thing they came to our room immediately. The central air was amazing I highly recommend Bay Watch to anyone vacationing in myrtle beach.
