This family-friendly condo features plenty of space to relax and enjoy the direct ocean views. You may even say it influenced the condo’s whole look! Central air conditioning will keep everyone inside comfortable while you're gazing out onto the waves - though you can also enjoy them from your own private furnished balcony. Pour a drink from the water dispenser in the full kitchen, prep delicious dishes along the (sometimes tiered) counter spaces, and set the dishwasher to go so cleaning up is a breeze. Every bedroom features its own ceiling fan, so you can adjust the temperature to your own comfort levels. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and balcony entrance all its own. With a private washer/dryer to take care of the sandy towels, relaxing comes easy in this condo. What's nearby: Guests are just a short walk to the beach, just over a ramp at the back of the resort. Besides the beautiful shores right outside your window, the area has several beaches up and down the coast to suit any guest's taste. The Daytona Beach Main Street Pier, seven miles from the condo, offers classic beach pier fun. Guests can enjoy fantastic restaurants throughout the area, including Tipsy Taco Cantina and the Beach Bucket (both within four miles). Things to know: Free high-speed WiFi Full kitchen (with a dishwasher) Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 12. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great location! From the minute you step into this condo, you feel right at home. Clean and everything you could need, from kitchen items to beach chairs and toys. Balcony is well equipped to enjoy the amazing ocean view. Definitely will stay in this unit again.

Condo was nice but we had a couple issues.Icemaker barely makes ice and remotes for ceiling fans needed replaced.But worst of all we got awoke by smoke detector going off and heating and air unit had caught fire and burnt up.We had to spend last two days without ac.Maintnance manager was polite and prompt but ac was a total loss and nothing he could do at that point.Feel as if I should have been compensated something for our inconvenience.

Upon arrival the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was broken, smoke alarm detached, lots of mold in the showers, dryer broken not tumbling, kitchen sink sprayer detached, and only 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. The check in process sends you to a shady part of town on a scavenger hunt for keys. There should be a tv in the 2nd bedroom as well but there is not! The unit needs work. VACASA customer service needs more work though! They don’t respond to messages! Was promised a refund for all the things wrong and then ghosted by management. Will never use a VACASA property ever again! Suggest you don’t either.

The property is a very nice and well maintained condo. The condo was nice. Fantastic ocean view. Getting the keys was a hassle- 8 miles from condo. Check-in email not correct - did not give code to get in door to get keys. Website does not give accurate description of amenities. No directions in condo as to how to work TV, where washer/ dryer located (outside condo unit). The condo was nice. Fantastic ocean view. Getting the keys was a hassle- 8 miles from condo. Check-in email not correct - did not give code to get in door to get keys. The condo is exactly as pictured. I read several reviews about the check-in process. I have to agree driving 20 minutes on further for the keys was not ideal, especially arriving Saturday of Bike Week. Also, was not given a code to enter the Vacasa Office or the Key Lockbox once inside. However, Joseph was there to let us in and was a very nice young man. I was disappointed there was no garage door opener. The garage is open during the day, but when coming in at night, my husband would drop me off on the 1st floor entry and then drive around for me to open the door for him. We like parking inside and it feels much safer. Joseph did attempt to get us an opener , but he had no luck. Also, there are no directions in regards to where the laundry is located and that it's not a shared laundry room, there is one outside each unit. I had no idea. Also, there is a trash chute at the end of the hall by the stairs, no information regarding this and a gentlemen called me one night in response to a message I sent and he had no idea as well and had not been to the property. We own a vacation property in North Georgia and I am always comparing to our management company. They leave explicit details for the guests and information regarding the area. The condo is older but totally updated. I got the impression this is investment property and no personal touches, etc. However, decor is like a model home. Again, I give this a 5 Star it's a great condo and the views are amazing. You can hear the ocean while in bed and in the living room. We really did enjoy that. Also, the pool is right by the beach so you can have the effect of being on the beach without all the sand. I wanted to share details that others may find useful when they stay. We did not do any cooking other than microwave or use oven cookie sheet. For someone wanting to make a large meal, there could be some additional items added. However, seemed fine to us. Hope this helps someone when they vacation there. I recommend the condo. Very clean and beautiful. Very quiet as well!

View of the beach was great and facilities were very nice. A couple of minor fixes were needed but were taken care of. Check in was inconvenient and late. Having to use only one key every time you passed through any door was annoying. Once we were set up on the beach it was everything we came for and very relaxing.

When we checked in someone was installing a new ceiling fan which meant we couldn't check in for about another 2 hours. Afterward we had to clean again to get up all the Styrofoam left and clean the rest of the floors. We had 5 people in our party and it only had 3 plates. Only 4 forks, no waste basket in main bathroom and one towel with no mention of where other towels were kept. Using the key for every door in and out was a bit tedious. The residents that live there full time Also look at guests as if you are an inconvenience since you are at their home.

When we checked in someone was installing a new ceiling fan which meant we couldn't check in for about another 2 hours. Afterward we had to clean again to get up all the Styrofoam left and clean the rest of the floors. We had 5 people in our party and it only had 3 plates. This condo is in the perfect location in Ormond Beach- even on a peak week, the beach still wasn’t busy, and your just a minute it so from the grocery. The view from the balcony is amazing! The beach is literally right outside the pool gate. The listing doesn’t say there is a pool, but there definitely is! The beds and linens were extremely comfortable, and that’s saying a lot from a couple who has a sleep number bed at home. Condo was mostly clean, although the couch and chair were full of crumbs, there were no other cleanliness issues. Joseph, the property manager was a pleasure to work with. The guest bath shower handle was broken when we arrived and he came later that even to get it fixed for us. He’s super friendly and accommodating! The furnishings and decor were as expected and as pictured. The condo was actually a lot more spacious than we thought it would be. Having private laundry in the hall was nice. The kitchen cookware and dishes were somewhat lacking compared to other locations that we’ve stayed. This is, by far, the prettiest, nicest, cleanest best place we have stayed at Ormond Beach and we having been coming several times a year for 10 years.
I have already sent pictures to three of my friends and they are booking trips for here. You can't be the gorgeous view from a large, spacious balcony!
I have a friend that has been staying here each year on the 9th floor for 6 years now and she is returning in September.
