You can also reach Perdido Key Beach, just under a mile away! Head to Perdido Key State Park slightly under two miles away for a beach mixed with rolling dunes and unique sea oats. This home is less than 13 miles from Naval Air Station Pensacola, home of the world-famous Blue Angels! Inside, central air-conditioning will keep everyone cool in this spacious townhouse. Enjoy panoramic views on your own screened porch, a perfect spot to kick off your shoes and enjoy a refreshing beverage. The light-filled full kitchen features a French door refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, and a spacious kitchen island with breakfast bar seating. Each bedroom features a smart TV so everyone can wind down their way, with an impressive 65-inch smart TV to enjoy in the living area. Pull the room-darkening shades closed to enjoy a night of deep sleep. A high chair, baby gates, Pack-N-Play, and age-appropriate games are available for younger guests. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Guests can rent a golf cart through the on-site Lost Key Golf Club. All amenities are operated through the HOA and are not guaranteed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The property was within walking distance to beach, pool and tennis - about .7 to each.
Beach towels were available. Not enough trash can liners or dishwasher soap to get through week.
One of the bikes was not fit to ride due to tire not holding air and handle bars broken.
The description states a waterfront and beach view. Beds were comfortable.
The waterfront view was a retention pond! No beach in site!

This property was perfect for us. It would be the same for a couple of family. The location within Lost Key is convenient to the beach club and the pool/fitness center. It had everthing we would want for a great stay. The management company was very responsive.

I loved the location . Loved the ammentities my kids loved the workout facility. Site says hottub but did not ever find . Can ride bikes if they fix tubes in each tire will due to they will not keep air for long. The parking to to beach and pool at ocean is closed so only way to get to beach and pull is shuttle or walk. Walking takes about 12 minutes. Fyi If you love to drive to beach will not have anywhere to park. Town house was amazing location for price.

We had the best time. The townhome is great and updated. Felt like home away from home. All the amenities were top notch. We will definitely be back. Had a great time and beautiful weather.

The property was clean but didn’t care for the carpet upstairs especially with pets. It had an order but was bearable. The shuttle service was great. The property was very quiet and beautiful. Would recommend a stay there.

We loved that it wasn’t to far from the beach and you could walk it. Rooms were nice and I loved the office table in the nook at the stairwell. Bikes were available to ride to the beach. They have a beach wagon, chairs and other items you could carry to the beach. You also got chairs and umbrellas at the beach set up every morning for you. Excellent place to stay.

Home is new and clean. Linens and towels were provided which was a great time and space saver. Beach is right across the street and that was great. We were there to visit our son at NAS and it was a bit further than we thought (about a 20-30 min drive) depending on traffic. We did enjoy our stay.

We really enjoyed this home. It is beautifully decorated and the open space is very inviting and comfortable. We were very thankful that it was pup friendly. The shuttle drivers were always kind and helpful.

We loved that the rental is pet-friendly, although we noticed upon arrival that the carpets upstairs are stained and a little smelly in some areas; they could probably use a deep cleaning. It initially bothered us, but we were grateful for a pet-friendly unit. There is mostly sand (lots of sandburs) in the area around the condo, so be prepared to walk your dog further to the back of the community where there is grass. Also, most places we have stayed in the past provided a binder of information about the area and rental information, but that was not the case with this rental, so that was a little disappointing. We pretty much had to figure it out on our own. Overall, we were comfortable at this property and enjoyed our stay.

This house was beautiful and great for our family vacation. We loved being able to bring our dog. Despite being pretty friendly, the house did not smell of dogs or have any other signs of pets. Great Place!
This property was perfect for our group of 6 for a girls' weekend. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable, updated. Great proximity to the beach and pools. Well stocked with kitchen utensils. Not well stocked with towels :) Would happily visit again! (Would have also been great with kids or for families).

When I booked the condo I requested a condo close to the pool . We stayed at this resort 3 years ago and were closer but this time we were much further away. That is my only complaint and it may make a difference in if we return or not. Other than the distance to the pool we did enjoy our stay.

With 3 families and small children, the residence was amazingly accommodating! We loved the stairs and walk to the beach as getting in our steps was no problem! The unit was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean.

All in all, a great stay!! We had some rainy days with the tropical storm but the pool was open and we were able to slip away and tire out the kiddos in between rain breaks. Decor was beautiful and we really weren’t lacking in anything. One negative is that trash cans were full and though we called the property management company, nothing was done about that. We made it work but something to call ahead about. We will definitely be back!!
