Beautiful condo. Newly renovated 5th. Floor center beachfront listing located right on the Biloxi beach. Beautiful floor to ceiling unobstructed gulf views from master bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony. Steps to the Beach and Boardwalk. Several restaurants, bars and fun within walking distance. Close to several casinos. Our condo sleeps 5 people. King bed in master facing the water, with en suite bathroom. Guest room has a queen with door to the second bathroom. Beautifully decorated with a relaxing coastal design. Please message owner with questions. Special Notes Guest must also provide a state issued ID matching the name on the credit card used for payment within 24 hours of making the reservation and read and agree with our rental agreement.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this condo is and how everything you need from cooking to bathing is available in the condo. It was very clean and neat. I normally have trouble relaxing away from

We could not have been more impressed. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The balcony and floor to ceiling windows have exceptional views. The beach and boardwalk are very clean and quiet. There are several restaurants and one casino within walking distance. Our favorites were Shaggy' s and The Reef. The hour-and-a-half drive to New Orleans made a day trip very doable. Would love to return sometime!

The unit was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and enjoyed the loungers on the patio. We were able to watch dolphins daily from the balcony.

Our stay was very relaxing. The owner was just a call away if we needed anything. Very professional and welcoming. The condo was very clean, and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again.
The beach was clean and quite for this time of year. We loved the board walk right behind the condo for our morning and afternoon walks.

Absolutely gorgeous views from a finely appointed condominium. Conveniently located near casinos and great restaurants. A few steps from white sand beaches and warm water of the gulf. Owner instantly available for questions via text. A great value for the price. Would stay here again and again.

We had the pleasure of staying in Noelia’s dream condo. It was truly a dream! Great communication and quick responses from Noelia. Amazing unit with all the amenities of home. Can’t beat the location on the beach and the boardwalk to restaurants is an added bonus. Definitely worth it!!

We loved our stay in Biloxi! Being right on the beach was amazing. Loved the boardwalk and being able to walk to dinner. The pool was amazing too. I used the fitness center every day. The condo was just as pictured. Loved the floor to ceiling windows and THAT VIEW. A million dollar view for sure. Noel was a gem and her communication was top notch! We absolutely loved the area and will definitely come back to Sea Breeze if we are ever in Biloxi again.

Noel was an amazing property manager! She prepped us of the details of this property and the resort. She also provided many extras inside the unit. We would highly recommend this Verbo rental if you want to stay in the Biloxi area. The view of the Ocean is even better than it’s pictures. You will not be disappointed!

Directly on the beach w/gulf view. Condo has lounge chairs on balcony which we loved. Walking distance to food and casino w/n 1 mile. Nice pools. Owners provided accurate info for accessing condo and parking. Very clean!!!

Noelia and Bobby were, hands down, THE BEST property managers I've ever dealt with through a VRBO property. They genuinely care about their customers and want them to have the best stay. Their condo association is truly blessed to have them involved.
Their Seabreeze condo is perfectly located along the beach and boardwalk, it's close to restaurants and pretty much anything you need is within a 10 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Biloxi area.

Perfect quick getaway from New Orleans! We never got in the car after arriving. We could walk to restaurants nearby. We had wonderful views of the beach and a lovely balcony to have our morning coffee. Owner is very helpful and easy to contact. Highly recommend!!!

Perfection in Biloxi
To say Noel's condo was perfect would be an understatement. It felt like home with her added touches. It was the little things like a beach umbrella, make-up removal wipes, extra soft throws throughout the house, a couple jugs of water already cold in the fridge. The view was undescribal. Her communication was fantastic too. She made sure I received my check in email and provided plenty of recommendations. We ended up eating at Shaggy's and it was really good. If you are unsure of whether to rent this place, just do it. My children also enjoyed the pool.

Lovely condo, well equipped, clean with a fab view! The owner is a gem, responsive and a pleasure to speak with. Close to everything you might want to do from fine dining to casino action to local hotspots and family activities. Our first visit to Biloxi won't be our last...thank to Noelia for everything!

We were extremely pleased with this condo. Perfect for our family of four, including our two teenage daughters. They enjoyed the pool, and we walked on the beach every evening. We cooked every day in the well-stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer were a big plus! The view from both the master bedroom and living room couldn’t be better. Very easy access to and from the parking garage on the ground level. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms clean. Very good restaurants nearby, and we loved learning about the history of the area. I highly recommend this condo and the host, Noel. Great experience!

Beautiful room with a gorgeous view
Noel was one of the most hospitable hostesses I have ever met! Upon arrival she left a frozen pizza and a couple of beers for us to enjoy after our long road trip. Her condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean. It’s everything you could want!

This condo has fantastic beach views and in a great spot for a peaceful, uncrowded beach location. There is lots of quiet space with two separated bedroom/bathroom locations, and it was beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The owners' attention to details, dining and activity recommendations for the area, and timely communications always made us feel like we could easily reach out for help, if any problems were encountered- there were none-we had a perfect vacation!

Boardwalk and beach is very convenient, and condo had everything we needed for cooking and staying in to enjoy that view! Beds and other furniture were comfortable and much lower street noise than in highrises on north side of the street.

Perfection In Biloxi
This property was among the very best we have encountered. We have rented several condos through VRBO, but this particular one was everything it was advertised to be and more. It was very clean and the property is well maintained. Sea Breeze is the only condo in this part of the area directly on the beach, so the sand and the water are right outside you door. It also had two nice pools, one of which was heated when we were there. I can't say enough about Noel and her hospitality. She was the most communicative and responsive property owner we have ever dealt with. You will not be disappointed in any way!!
