About this house rental
You can hear the ocean and smell the sea in this very large, renovated beach house that has ocean views and is a short walk from Smiths beach, cafe and surf shop but nestled away amongst natural bushland. Upstairs is great to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, lots of natural light, a wood fire and a huge ocean facing deck complete with BBQ and outdoor dining. Downstairs is a rumpus room for big or small kids and outside has ample room for boats or boards. Ping-pong, X-Box, Wifi and Netflix are included. Recently renovated in Hamptons style with new super comfy beds, large double bedrooms and plenty of room for big and small kids to roam. Also includes a desk, monitor, mouse and keyboard in case you need to get some work done.

We had the most fantastic stay at this property - 5 old friends who have an annual get together. The house was spotless, the beds extremely comfortable and every little thing has been thought of. We were so comfortable!! Thank you Jeremy - I really hope to stay again!

I recently used this property for a vacation rental and I was extremely impressed with the experience. The booking process was easy and transparent, and the property we rented was even better than we expected. The host jeremy made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive to our questions and requests. I would highly recommend this stay for your next vacation rental.

Great well equipped comfortable house short stroll from the beach. The kitchen has an abundance of the latest appliances with lots of crockery and cutlery. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds. A lovely secure family oriented property and very safe for our four legged friends.

Loved our stay! House was lovely, beds super comfortable, ample room for the family and dogs, everything that you could need was there including freshly ground coffee. Host was more than accomodating. We will be back!

This is a lovely property with plenty of room for everyone. The property is generously appointed in particular the kitchen. This is the best kitchen we have had in a rented property. All the rooms are large so you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. There is a huge deck around the back half of the house where you can sit and relax and enjoy an ocean view. The property is also a short walk to the delightful Smiths Beach. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. We hope to revisit again

This was an amazing experience! The beds were very very comfortable, the towels were soft, fluffy and generous. The whole house was lovely and clean and contact with our host was quick and efficient. The fire place was huge and heated the room really well and there was plenty of firewood provided as well as loads of kitchen supplies. There was also some lovely welcoming chocolate which us girls devoured! Would definitely stay again - thanks Jeremy

We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be back! The beds were really comfy, the house was really lovely with all the mod cons, easy walk to Smiths Beach, plenty of space so we could all relax and the communication was exceptional.

A wonderful large holiday home with all the contents you could wish for. Well appointed kitchen, large living areas and great decks. Comfortable beds and tastefully renovated bathrooms. A lot of thought has gone into making this a perfect choice for a wonderful holiday on Phillip Island.

A large well positioned property, walking distance to Smith’s Beach and a short drive to either Cowes or San Remo. The property was well equipped with modern amenities, and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Such a fantastic stay.
The house was well furnished, had great, large spaces and a beautiful deck looking out with ocean views.
The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor barbecue was fantastic, many a grand meals were had!
Fire place made it all nice and cosy and the internet speed was sufficient.
A very short walk to a cafe and the beach.
Would highly recommend.

We stay for 3 wonderful nights while we celebrated a wedding. The beds are heaven sent and the kitchen a dream with all the modern commodities. A great host who was clear in all his directions and quick to answer all our enquiries. Would love to return soon.

Great location with plenty of room
We stayed over the March long weekend. The property is walking distance to Smiths beach. There's plenty of room for kids to have their own part of the house and adults in another. Highly recommend.

Great Smiths Beach holiday home.
We had an amazing 5 day stay with our family. 5 generous bedrooms, great living areas and nice balcony. Recently refurbished, will definitely like to stay again. Highly recommend.
