Nestled in Montgomery, this charming house for $255 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Summary: This charming 4-bedroom, 2-bath Forest Hills home sleeps up to 11. Centrally located less than fifteen minutes from downtown, the Legacy Museum, and the Rosa Parks Museum and library, this beautifully appointed home with modern touches boasts a fenced-in yard sure to delight kids and pets alike. Six miles to the NEW White Water Park, opening summer of 2023! Free wifi, a deck overlooking the backyard, and a fully-equipped kitchen make the perfect work-from-home staycation. The Space: This four bedroom, two bathroom home evokes the white picket fence, family friendly feel. Downstairs has a living area with two armchairs, a couch, a queen sofabed, and a 50" Roku TV. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed, another with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a tub. There is a full kitchen with all of the basic amenities necessary for cooking a home cooked meal. The dining room seats six, and can double as a large mobile work and learning station when not enjoying family meals. Upstairs has a King bedroom, another full bathroom, and another bedroom with two twins. The outdoor deck looks out over a fully fenced yard, and has a table and chairs for enjoying the weather while watching kids and pets play. Free wifi is included, along with a pack n play on request. Guest Access: Guest will have full and private access to the home and yard. The Neighborhood: This home is located in the Forest Hills district of Montgomery, close to food, shops, attractions, and museums. Getting Around: This is a residential area, so we recommend driving, but Uber and Lyft are available in the are as well. Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We want our guests to feel at home while respecting their privacy, so provide self-check in. We are just a phone call away if a need ever arises!

The property was very nice for me and my family.. The property management is great with communicating.. I was offered to come a day earlier for a little less and I'm glad I did

This property can use some upgrades, simple repairs and repair in areas that would help it shine. Beds are rough on the back. Bring your own pillows. They have plenty of linens and well stocked kitchen. Overall this property is a very strong B. The military couple who own this location and another in town, should be supported. Locally Montgomery has a large active AFB and unless your a 5star pay rate in the service are not up to cost of living. Support them, this home and with your support the money can go into the finishing touches this hoe can use to really make it A+ and hopefully the added income they need to support a growing family. I would recommend this property to you.

We stayed for a family event that was Garrett colesium!!! It was perfect location and good neighborhood. The home was clean.

Everything in house was nice. It could have been a little cleaner especially the kitchen and bathrooms. And more than just one TV in living room. But other than that overall it was a very nice stay.

Nice home and stay. Only suggestion would be for more towels and linen for bigger families that book the house - each guest should have access to their own towel. But all and all, the house was spacious, and well kept. We enjoyed it very much.

The location is great. House is a bit older but immaculate, and the kitchen Is decently equipped. Great back yard with deck and charcoal grill. Communication after booking and prior to arrival was limited. Owner was very accommodating about allowing us to extend our stay. It would have been nice if there was a communication book on the property about TV, trash, check out process, contact number for any issues, etc. Overall a nice stay and would stay there again.
