Located in Isles of Capri, this attractive house for $309 per night is a great option for your next trip. Recently remodeled! Beautiful house on the bay, in Isles of Capri. Two bedrooms, two full bath, outside shower, two twin cots, laundry room, 1 high chair, kayaks, canoe, bicycles, fishing poles and golf kart included, to tour the island. Also just added 2 SUP AXP stand up paddle boards. These are High quality fiberglass boards to cruise the backwaters.

This home is newly renovated and beautiful- it was spotless with plenty of towels, etc. having a golf cart on Islands of Capris was a great perk.

Highly recommend this property. The owners were very responsive when there was an issue - quick resolution. Amenities, location and property overall could not be better. This was the second time my family has stayed at Isle of Capri and for sure my favorite place to stay in that area - the community is perfect for a relaxing stay and easy to get to the beaches at Marco.

We all enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on the water. The house is completely remodeled! The kitchen had what we needed to cook our meals. We loved that the owners have kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, a golf cart, and even beach towels at the house. We enjoyed being close to the beaches in Marco Island and then coming back to the house to fish off the dock. We can’t wait to come back to stay again!

Jearim was awesome! Communication was definitely there when we had questions.
We stayed for 3 nights and wish we stayed longer to actually enjoy the house. Safe neighborhood! We did a fishing trip and stayed on the water one of the nights. The entire house was recently updated. The hang out spot was definitely the family room and kitchen. The dock accommodated our 34’ center console. Awesome restaurant minutes from the house! We noticed lots of extras were included in the house (paddle boards, corn horn, golf cart and more). Will definitely be staying here again, after this trip the whole way home we were trying to put dates together for another trip but longer next time! This house won’t disappoint.

Really beautiful and comfortable property. The common spaces for family gathering are excellent like kitchen, dining room, family room. All appliances are new. House is updated. We are planning on coming back soon.

We stayed on Capri at the end of our travel through the States and were looking for a place to rest, unwind, relax and connect with nature and family. And this place delivered! Kids were fishing, we were kayaking, collecting sea shells, seeing dolphins from the deck outside the house, there were darts that we loved playing, fully equipped kitchen where we cooked family meals together, it was a fantastic stay. The only two downsides of the property were bringing kayaks onto and out of the water as the lift didn't work so it was little challenging and there were no grocery shops close by- but if you have a car Wallmart and other shops were short drive away. It's a beautiful and very unique island if you want to slow down and relax, the owners were very responsive and we had a great family time!

This house was perfect for a few days vacation out on the west coast. It was clean, modern and comfortable with great views. Just a few minutes to Marco for dinners and drinks although Capri also had its own charming bars and restaurants. The dock accommodated our 25ft center console with easy. And the home was located perfectly amongst all the prime boating areas. As well as an easy trip to the boat ramp to drop her in and out. We will definitely be staying again.

We enjoyed riding in the golf cart, kayaks and bath room blue tooth speakers as well.
We are going to tell our friends to come and visit, we will come back to the same place again.

We stayed at the the home for a month and had an amazing vacation! The house was beautiful and clean. Our favorite room was the spacious living room with a gorgeous view of the canal and natural light. We brought our boat and enjoyed exploring the neighboring islands! The dock made it easy to access our boat. We loved Keeywadin island and also went to many restaurants accessible by boat. The house is located on Isles of Capri which was also fun to explore. The house came equipped with a golf cart, kayaks, and bikes. The owner was easy to reach and very hospitable. I would highly recommend staying on this property!

Perfect laid-back stay right on the water. Marc and Jearim are great hosts with lots of info on local attractions and restaurants. We brought our own little 18' boat, tied up to the dock out back and had lots of places to explore every day. Wonderfully updated house, kayaks and a golf cart to use around the Isle of Capri, couldn't have been any better!
