About this villa rental

Situated in Quarteira, this lovely villa for $1,232 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Prime location: Private 6 bedrooms 6 bathroom villa located in Old Village. Close to bars and restaurants, and an easy 15 min walking distance to the marina and nightlife. Golf & Sailing packages available. On the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen with an open plan to the dining area with seat for 8 and the very spacious living room fully air conditioned and equipped with gas fireplace. Access to the covered terrace area with a table and seat for 5. There is also other dining table for 8 people and swimming pool whihc can be heated. Kitchen: Freezer/Fridge, Hob, Ove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Electric Ketlle, Toaster, Juicer, Washing Machine, Iron/Ironning board. Living room: LCD Smart TV, speedy Wifi, Cable TV, 2 x Settees, air conditioning, terrace Dining room: dinning table for 8 people, reading nook. On the first floor of the villa there is 4 en suite bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Double bed (king size) and en suite shower, air conditioning Bedroom 2: Double Bed (king size) and en suite shower, air conditioning Bedroom 3: Twin Beds (king size) and en suite shower, air conditioning, balcony Bedroom 4: Twin beds and en suite shower, air conditioning, bancony The lower level has 2 bedrooms ideal for children or teenagers as the bathroom is shared. Games room with mini-bar Bedroom 5: Twin Beds (king size) French doors to G/F Bedroom 6: Twin Beds (king size) French doors to G/F Bathroom with shower Games room: Pool table convertible in tennis table, dart game, mini-bar Surrounding the villa is the swimming pool 8mx4m which can be heated with an extra cost of £200 per week. In the wooden deck there are 10 sun loungers. There is a dinning table with 10 chairs and the charcoal BBQ in the small garden. Please note Decking has been changed to paving and external lighting has been upgraded. A playground is located 500m from the villa. Distances: Marina (1.3km); Beach (2.5km); Supermarket (500m); Old Village (300m); Restaurant (500m); SPA (2km); Airport (25km); Train station (7km).

A great Villa to stay . 6 of us stayed at the Villa and all had a separate bedroom. The pool was excellent we had it heated which made a big difference. Very easy to access the Marina and only a 3 minute stroll to a couple of bars and local supermarket which was perfect. Easy to locate and communication with the owner was 1st class and very helpful . Made the stay even better . 5 ✴️
