The first Master Bedroom features a new King bed and both a walkout to the back yard, and a spa-like ensuite complete with a soaker tub. The second bedroom has two Full beds. The third main floor master with Queen bed. The downstairs second living room has a sleeper sofa as well. The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The upstairs living room features a 65" Ultra HD 4K TV. One of the greatest features of this home is the sliding glass wall of windows that open and slide away to hide into wall pockets. The glass wall opens up to over 22 feet to a massive lanai that has a dining table with sectional couch and a table and chairs adds to the large living area while allowing your family and guests to soak in the ocean, mountain and golf views. The large high-end grill is perfect for bringing home the fresh catch of the day or veggies from one of the many farmers markets.
