Authentisch!

Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen und trotzdem ruhig und charmant. Sehr prompte Buchung nach Absagen wegen der Gaza-Krise!

Beautiful historic building, stylish and comfortable room. Excellent location, very welcoming staff. The rooftop is perfect for chilling out at sunset with amazing view over the old city. In one word: perfect!

Beautiful building without service

Very beautifully renovated place, especially when you take into consideration that it has suffered from a fire recently. Cosy with stylish furniture and a fantastic roof with a great view over the Old City of Akko.

Villa Sera is NOT a hotel, it’s a building with apartments and no service whatsoever. Within three days our room has never been cleaned, towels haven’t been changed and there is no equipment to clean yourself. If it were a hotel as said on Booking.com it should be cleaned daily. If it were an apartment there should be gear to clean it and a possibility to prepare a meal. We just got four coffee capsules in three days, no tea or water were supplied as usual in other places. At the price that’s disappointing. But what is it supposed to be?

Very good location near the market, our host Mahran was very friendly, and answered all our questions in no time. Also the bathtub was amazing!

Exceptional value, great location and friendly, helpful staff make it perfect.

I booked last minute as plans changed and absolutely loved Villa Sera. Mahan was so helpful and even the cleaner whose son was with her (even though he’s usually studying computer science at university) we’re so friendly. It took a bit to find at first but that’s the Old City and once I found it I found it easily again. Rooms aren’t large but well laid out and the bed was so comfy. I loved the mini Nespresso machine and the Green Tea with lemongrass was a great way to start my day. Also, there are sooo many street cats in Akko. Instead of souvenirs I was buying cat treats!

Beautiful property in the old souk

Beautiful property in the old souk at Akko with amazing roof terrace. Great views over the rooftops to the sea.

Our room was lovely but a little cramped, and there was no plates or cutlery, which meant if we bought food we had to eat it out of the wrapping. You are also v near three mosques so the call the prayer (including once at 4am) is very loud.

The old town of Akko is a dirty place. The place is managed remote, no reception. When we arrived the room was not cleaned!!

Not a boutique hotel standards but a decent VFM place to stay at

Located in the heart of Akko's old city, it's very close to everywhere. The room looks nice. The shower was great and the rooftop terrace is very friendly. It is a bit hard to find but we managed.

Wifi didn't work most of the time and I had no cell reception. The first room we received was claustrophobic and had an intense smell of cleaning materials so we asked to switch. The new room looked much nicer but had a bit of a smell of wall moisture and should be aired better. Lack of attention to small details- the tea box was nearly empty. no garbage can in the room, etc. But overall it was ok VFM

Stylish experience in genuine Old Town

An elaborate place in Acca Old Town. Amazing Old building adapted into a couple of appartaments. Very clean. Stylish. Splendid roof with a view and comfy sofas. Perfect xommunication with the Host. Highly recommend

The apartment was very small but makes a great use of space and designed beautifully. Great location and nice roof

The apartment has 3 very small windows. One to the lobby, one you can't reach and on to the street. When we first entered it smelled like an old basement, we couldn't really let in fresh air in the apartment. If your are 1.80m+ height the apartment can get quite low for you! The celling in the top gallarie is very low.

Nice property, but hard to find.

Had a nice room on 2 levels. Property is located centrally which made it easy to start our sightseeing tours.

To find the property was a challenge. Parking would have been nice.

This place is absolutely stunning. Location couldn’t be better as you’re in the very heart of Akko. The property is new, squeaky clean, the rooms are spacious and view from the terrace is like from a different world. Both, the owner and the manager were very attentive and helpful in everything we needed.
