Ottima esperienza

L'hotel è a 5 minuti di camminata dalla stazione dove si può prendere un treno che in 16 minuti porta nel centro di Londra (anche le fermate dei bus sono vicinissime). La cittadina di Bromley è molto tranquilla e vicino alla struttura ci sono diversi supermercati e bar. Buona pulizia della camera. Asciugamani puliti ogni giorno. Staff molto cordiale che ci ha fornito senza problemi degli adattatori per le prese di corrente e un asciugacapelli. Possibilità di deposito bagagli dopo il check-out senza costi aggiuntivi. Eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Unica mancanza è lo scopino per il water.

Such a convenient hotel in Central Bromley

Location was perfect. The receptionist Jess provided excellent service and helped make our stay very comfortable. Being close to everything in the centre of Bromley.

Sometimes, I heard the music from the gymn, which was in the building next door. The idea of only having a 'breakfast bag', although the hotel is so close to cafes and coffee shops, it didn't really matter.

More than I expected for a budget hotel! Highly recommend it!

Tolles Hotel

Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und das Zimmer hat eine schöne Größe. Die Lage ist ideal, man läuft nur wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof Bromley South, wo alle paar Minuten ein Zug nach London fährt. Viele Geschäfte sind auch in der Nähe. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig, es gibt keinen Lärm und die gesamte Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm.

Es gibt leider kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern nur eine kleine Frühstückstüte, die man bei der Rezeption bekommen kann und die leider zu teuer ist.

My night with family was sad

I didn't have breakfast but the room was smelly the toilet was hard to flush.

The complete room was bad, the carpet was burnt out around the edges and need proper cleaning the iron wasn't working properly 😑 🙃 😐

L’emplacement était bien. Le fait d’avoir une baignoire était vraiment cool !:)

Les employé.e.s de ménages sont passé.e.s malgré la pancarte indiquant la demande de ne pas rentrer dans la chambre. Il manquait aussi les piles de la télécommande.

Best for travellers who go minimal. Solid price, good people.

The staff were friendly and helped us swap the room when I had made a mistake in booking and thought the room came with two singles when it was a double and a single.

The toilet seat was broken and the beds were very narrow and quite hard, but it's a budget hotel and we knew the beds weren't going to be the best.

Super. Gerne wieder

Zimmer waren sauber und das Bett bequem Badezimmer war gut

Das Frühstück bestand aus Papiertüten zum mitnehmen mit in Plastik eingepackten Nahrungsmitteln, die unterwegs teilweise sehr schwer zu essen sind (Kakaopulver in Tüten). Vom Ansatz her vielleicht nicht schlecht, aber mit einer Familie und kleinen Kindern unterwegs wäre ein Raum mit Tisch und Stühlen gut gewesen

Affordable and in a great location in Bromley town centre. Bed was so comfortable, and the room was very spacious.

I paid extra for breakfast and was disappointed that it was a grab and go bag. Lovely selection of breakfast items, (croissants, pain au chocolate, porridge, fruit, water, milk, orange juice, butter and jam and a cereal bar) I was looking forward to a cooled breakfast though.

Value for money Budget hotel

Good

The location is close to Bromley South Station, and despite being in the centre of a busy town and shopping area, the rooms were well insulated from any outside noise.

There is nothing to find fault with.

A very lovely stay!

We really liked everything about our stay and accommodation. The hotel was next to the train station, so it was very easy to get to the center of London. There were night buses as well. The staff was very helpful and overall it was a very satisfying experience!

Affordable accomodation

Free luggage storage is possible before check-in. Comfortable beds. Friendly stuff. Hotel is well connected with Vicroria Station (20min) by direct train. Late check-out (12.00, midday). Very affortable

Conditions for a city breake , perfect choice.

The location is perfect bear the bus station, 20 m, the oposite sides is Mall. The bad was perfect.

Great little gem in the centre of town

Location was great for me. Air con and a hospitality tray was a big bonus for a budget hotel. It was a very comfortable stay overall and I would definitely stay here again

Having a 5 night stay the inconsistency of housekeeping was noticable but not an issue, annoying though was not having a plug in the sink, and the accomodation could not provide one.

Disappointing

Location and price

After having requested rooms to be close by , my room allocated was occupied by someone else ,which meant my wife had to wait on the 3rd floor whist I visited reception to sort it out .Eventually a room was found available on the 2nd floor whist my family remained on the 3rd . When I checked in I confirmed that breakfast was required and the receptionist confirmed this was included, on trying to retrieve the breakfast in the morning the receptionist that it was not booked for us and therefore we had to go without . (WHEN BOOKING @GENIUS LEVEL YOUR BOOKING LITERATURE TELLS US THAT IT INCLUSIVE OF BREAKFAST )

Central location

The spare toilet roll looked like it had either poo or blood on it- i didnt stay long in the room as i was working and too tired to complain. Faulty lights too a blown bulb over the bathroom mirror and one flickering over the bed
