Nestled in Carolina, this charming house for $144 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. New Inverter Air-conditioner 2nd bedroom with two level beds lower full, upper twin. Full closet. New Inverter Air-conditioner. LED 45” Smart TV, with loaded apps (guests must use their own account for access). Living room with a full size new modern pull out sofa bed. Tables, lamps, boards games, books, wall art work along with WIFI and Internet, LED 45” Smart TV with Netflix . Large glass dining room set seats 6 guests. Modern wall to wall fully equipped kitchen and center island. Coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, large stove large refrigerator. Kitchen Cabinets full of spices, salt, pepper along with dishes utensils and pots and pans. Updated bathroom with wall to wall tides. Glass shower door/shelves with hair blower, first aid kit along with amenities. Mirror receiving room entrance. Accommodates up to 6 guests. Quick and easy step by step photos for self check-in and checkout. On the premises their are 4 units: Front, main house Three studios All with their own ASSIGNED parking and entrances. We are centralized, close to beaches, hotels, entertainment and airport. We have security cameras in front of the house, the side of the house and in the backyard. House was generally clean however, sheets in both beds had sand on them. And mattresses were not comfortable. I l the rest of the house was clean.
Neighborhood is very noisy, however very close to the airport that made it convenient for our early flight

In terms of noise, the property is significantly different than advertised. Excessive noise within the premise. It is not a quiet place at all. It is a very noisy property. The first night after midnight, noises came from the adjoining unit within the property. We contacted the owner, she gave us explanations of the case but she did not solve the problem. Therefore the first night was a bad experience. The next two days starting by 5 am a dog barked all morning from the adjacent property or in front. The noise felt like the dog was inside the property. Again it was a bad experience because we were not able to rest as we needed. In fact, we rented this property because it was a quiet property after 10pm as advertised.
In terms of cleanliness and others, the property was ok.

Rented this property for seven nights.The place was clean with all the needed amenities. The area is safe, very quiet and close to the highway, the airport, Isla Verde, Condado and Old San Juan areas. There is assigned parking is very convenient. The AC in the living room was a plus when watching a movie at night. Communication with Iris was great and she responded right away. We will be looking for this property on our next visit.

This lovely condo had everything my family and I needed. I went with my two year old daughter, husband, and mother in law. Everything was clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here whenever we visit Puerto Rico next!

The place was perfect for our needs. We had an evening layover in San Juan and needed a place close to the airport. Air conditioning worked great which is what we needed. Host was very responsive to us.

If I could, I would give her 10 stars. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. The house was cleaned and we found everything that we needed during our stay. The host went above and beyond and even set up a first aid kit. Will definitely stay there again and will refer friends for this property. Thank you for making our staying in PR memorable!

Need a place to stay near the airport for one night. The place was very clean and the size actually surprised me. Great for families. Kitchen, even thoe I did not use had all the necessary things needed to cook. The bedroom were spot on as well as the one bathroom. Would stay again.

Everything was great. Better then what I expected. Iris was very nice and every time I sent Iris a message, she got back to me very quickly. If I am in the area again in the future and this property is available, I would stay again.

I rented for two night for myself, my spouse, and my mother. I could not be happier about my stay. It was centrally located so it was quick to go to old San Juan. There was a 24 hour pharmacy and convenience store down the street and a gas station. The neighbors where quiet and so was the area. It made the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring. The home was immaculately clean. There were plenty of towels and there was A/C in every room. We only used the bedroom A/C at night because the house stayed fresh during the day with only the fans. I recommend this place and look forward to renting here again in the future.

This condo/ house is super cute and as pictured. The master bed is firm which I like, the bathroom has a handicap accessible shower and everything was nice and clean. This is about a 5-7 minute drive from the airport and the neighborhood is safe and really quiet. Iris communicate well and is a great host.

We stayed at this house for 8 days over Xmas break. By all means it was a fantastic stay. You need a car to get to the beach. But its a close drive. I did not stay at the site because of the location the neighborhood looked pretty rough, not safe at all ,I was in fear of my life, the advertisement stayed &stated near beach & other accessables that was not true at all,, I would like to know if I can get some type of refund for my money please

It was a wonderful stay, the house was spacious and very accommodating. It has everything we needed for the 6 days we stayed. It is very close to everything and we did not have to travel far to sight see or go out to eat

I can not say enough about nice this place is. It is the perfect little getaway when we came to PR. I can not believe how much you would pay for a hotel when you have this little gem right here. This place is absolutely worth every penny.

Iris was there on the spot and without hesitation took care of them. I am in the construction trade and know how things can break or wear out. It did not affect our stay or inconvenience us at all. She worked around our schedule and took care of everything while we were out. The next visitors should have no issues at all. Thanks for your diligence Iris, continued success to you.

Very nice and clean place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. Only two things I would say need could improve the bunk beds the top makes too much noise and it would be wonderful to have a washer and dryer, after spending the day at the beach it would be nice to have that available. Everything was great.
