Situated in Miramar Beach, this charming condo for $469 per night is a great option for your next trip. A great view from the balcony of this 6th floor 2 BR, 2 BA condo in Building 3 greets the morning sun and offers afternoon shade. The bedrooms are queen size, and the hide-a-bed sofa is full size to sleep a total of six guests. The keyless entry front door directly overlooks the resort's main swimming pool, hot tub, grilling area, tennis and shuffleboard courts. No road crossing on the way to the beach for our guests! Just stroll down the walkway to the beachside elevator which lands at the dune crossover. A one umbrella and 2 chair beach set-up is included with your rental (March - October only). Extra set-ups and paddle board/kayak rentals available on the beach. Inside this beachy, upscale furnished unit you have new flat screens in living room and bedrooms plus WIFI. All your shopping needs are close by the complex. Snow friends ask owner for Jan - Feb 2025 discount.

This was our first time visiting Miramar beach, and Mainsail was recommended by a friend. This unit was wonderful! The owner, Jerry, was very communicative and helpful. The kitchen was one of the most well-equipped kitchens out of in any condos we've ever rented, and we vacation twice a year. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, the kitchen had great counterspace for preparing meals and the shower in the primary bedroom seems to have been recently remodeled. The pictures don't do this unit proper justice. We will definitely consider renting this condo in the future and I would highly recommend it to anyone else!

Great location with private beach access. Great communication with owner who had everything we needed at the condo. Coffee, groceries, and outlet mall were also all walking distance.

Everything was nice. Plenty of extras in the condo. "Parking was horrible". I do have to say with it being so crowded, everyone was looking for parking spot nightly.

We had a great time staying in this condo! Gerald was so quick to respond to any/all of my questions. Great location and the beach was amazing and just a short walk away. I only wish there was a “first mornings worth” or coffee for the late night checks in that can’t get to a grocery store before they close. Other than that, highly recommend this place!

We had the best stay! We were close enough to the beach to hear the waves from our balcony. The condo was beautiful and kitchen had enough equipment to cook several meals. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in our unit as well. The included beach service was a huge plus and the private beach was a pleasant surprise! Jerry was easy to communicate with and we are already thinking of when we can come back! 🌴😎

Excellent view of the beach and surrounding area! Gerald was top notch in communication. We had a change in our schedule and needed an extra night stay which was no problem for him and he dealt with it right away. Thanks again and lovely place!

The best spot to stay for low-key family fun between the touristy action of 30A and Destin. The condo was exceptionally clean - perfect for us and included everything we needed to enjoy a great homemade meals and take out from yummy local spots like Skippers Seafood and Pascalli Kitchen. The owner was extremely accommodating and very responsive. Thanks for a great family getaway.

When first arriving the gate attendant was very hateful and seemed like we were an inconvenience to her, but this only happened on one occurrence. From that moment on everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. It is a very short walk to the beach as well as several great restaurants. Jerry the property manager was very detailed with any information he needed to get to you and answers every message or call in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed here for my 23rd birthday! Loved the condo! Perfect location, beautiful decor and so many cute beach themed dinnerware. The pool was amazing and the hot tub is PERFECT. The best location since it’s right on the beach and they even offered chairs with an umbrella. Will return next year for sure!

I was staying in this condo with my daughter from March 19-26, 2022. We liked it very much. It’s a spacious condo with fully equipped kitchen and beautiful glass door balcony. It was very clean and cozy. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to the beach (which can be seen from the balcony), and very close drive to the stores and restaurants. The view of the beach is partial but beautiful. The beach’s sand is very soft and white, and the ocean’s water is crystal clear. The communication with the property’s owner was very easy and he responded quickly. We would definitely come back here in the warmer time of the year so we could enjoy swimming in the ocean in the more comfortable temperature. The only thing we didn’t like about our stay was the noise of the construction of the houses being built across from our balcony and some construction going on our building and three others at the time of our stay. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in staying in Destin area.

We've stayed at a few Vrbo beach properties over the years, and this was by far the nicest condo and the easiest check in for a great price! To begin with, Mr. Creel, the owner, was a very thoughtful host and a joy to communicate with. He made sure that we had everything we needed for a smooth checkin, and provided a very clear packet of information for our stay including places that he recommended we go and even dishes to order. The condo was spacious and clean with everything stocked in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. I loved that the door was a keypad so that we didn't have to concern ourselves or our kids with keys. My kids are old enough now that they can come and go as they please so they could get in and out whether I was at the condo or not. The pier to walk onto the beach was next to the property so there was no need to drive or cross any streets. And, the property provides a set of chairs and umbrella on the beach as a courtesy (tip your helper). As we walked the beach, we also were glad to see that our section was not as crowded as the others. While this particular week was a bit cool and the water was off limits most of the days, we thoroughly enjoyed the time away and couldn't have stayed at a better place for the price. The only downside was noise from construction on a house going up next to the condo, but it wasn't too much of a distraction. They were moving pretty quickly so I imagine it won't be an issue for long. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again in the future.
