Amazing food - huge buffets, great selection, which varies throughout the week. Really nice and creative animation team - a bunch of talented guys, who make a lot of fun activities. Nice mini shop included in the facilities. Checkin was possible also after midnight, and after checkout you can still use the facility for the day. Room cleaning every day, they make your bed, take the trash and refill shower gel etc.

two big bummers were: - don't book through booking - they will not offer you a free taxi if you don't book through their website, which felt like a scam to be honest.. - the massage/spa area is extra paid and they tried to scam us by offering a higher price than listed on the website, when confronted they tried to wrap it up in some story.. It was kind of what you get for the money.. under the hood there was a lot of pretty poor experience. - none of the staff knew decent english. Usually made two coffees instead of a double, did not understand when i wanted to exchange cuttlery for a new one, etc.. - beach was quite messy, not that nice to be in - some parts of the facility were unmaintained - eg. indoor pool was closed, mini golf course basically unplayable due to it's surface - there were ants in our room and they refused to change it - staff was sometimes unhelpful because of lack of english skills - sunbeds super full after 9am - water was paid - literally the buffet had an infinite selection of everything but when you wanted simple drinkable water you had to pay extra in the shop (the tap water was not recommended to drink)

Overall I liked the atmosphere at this hotel, I can imagine that it would have been the same kind of atmosphere on the titanic when it set sail. I say this because the interior of the hotel reminded me of the ship, its a really nice place to be and the inside of the hotel is very interesting indeed. Also it clean , very clean , at one time I had seen a member of staff polishing the brass door knobs to the bar. I would imagine some ( many ) years ago when this place was built it would have been one of the most exclusive buildings on the island. The staff are very nice and cannot do enough to help you - this is not restricted to the front desk staff either. I have the same pleasant experience from check in until departure with every member of staff at every level I had encountered The food is excellent. The selection and quality are superb. The restaurant area is clean and the air conditioning works excellently. The staff know exactly whats in the food they are serving. The pool is large and clean. Life guards are nearly always in attendance. One day I had seen the life guard helping an elderly man into the pool - he then continuously observed him to ensure he was ok - then helped him out again. In years of travel I have never seen this. There are fun activities should you wish to do them ( see pictures ) - if not you can just relax in peace. Access to the large clean beach is easy. There are many quality sun-beds provided. Again Lifeguards are there and observing the swimmers. Also controlling those who ignore the red flags ! I cannot find a fault with the communal areas of this hotel. The elevators are recent and fast and work. The floors are clean and tidy. I have not even seen as much as a blown light bulb. Corona measures were correctly implemented in all public areas. Evening entertainments such as the local traditional music and the comedy are great as is the hotel shopping area.

The size of my room did not match or was not representative of the pictures online - this seams to be a common theme on the island. However it was mostly clean -( Although I did have to clean away what seamed like left over sticky cleaning water from the floor of the room ? ). The bathroom was also much smaller than expected from the photos, but nicely finished. With a great shower pack included. Many nice towels. !! One issue for me was the loose drain cover in the middle of the bathroom floor - when easily moved to the Side - a large hole in the floor appears, fine in 1975 I am sure - But not by todays standards. !! One other thing that was odd... There were some activities which were not available due to the corona restrictions in place- and thats fine - however they were still advertised ?? This amounted to around 50% of the listed activities. This is somewhat annoying when planning your day.

Staff was very friendly and helpful; the food was excellent; the garden area was lovely.

Cocktails too sweet; paper/plastic cups during the day; the sound and light isolation between hallway and hotel room was very bad; despite hotel policy the sunbeds were constantly reserved with towels with sometimes only ~30% actual occupation; the pool closed too early at six.

90% of the staff give excellent customer service, super friendly and helpful. Some were rude but given that it was covid, I think it was due to the pressure of sticking to the tight rules in place so I am not counting this. Spacious room Very clean Priviate beaches and nice pool

You have to buy your own water bottles in an all inclusive! There is no deposit box in the room, you have to go to reception and usually pay for it. Location is not great, it's good if you want to stay in the resort. The quality of food at the pool bar was terrible.

Don't recomend. I had to change to another room because there was an unknown animal inside the false bathroom ceiling. The second room had so many mosquitoes that I spent more than an hour killing them and they kept appearing in the next days. The room was dirty, full of dust and the floor was sticky. The walls were full of blood from the dead mosquitoes. In spite of asking for a deep cleaning in the room, no one seemed to care very much about it because, after the cleaning, everything stayed the same.
