The pictures are soooo accurate - beautifully funished and decorated. Couches and Beds were comfy. Clean and tiddy inside and out.

Really enjoyed this property! Older home, but in very good condition and had everything thing we needed. ( fully equipped kitchen, very clean, great beds) very quiet city neighborhood, but we had several deer in the backyard one morning.

The house was beautiful and came with everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. Convenient quick walk to Main Street where there's plenty of food and shopping options. Quick 5 min drive to the grocery store. Check in and check out was simple with no issues! One thing to note is that there can be a bit of traffic noise in the morning but they have provided sound machines in both bedrooms.

What a cute place to stay! Enjoyed all the little decorative touches. My husband liked the coffee bar. We appreciated the bathroom setup. One bathroom had sink and shower and another had sink and toilet. The bedrooms have a lot of ambient light, so if you like a dark room for sleeping, bring a sleep mask. There was traffic noise throughout the night. The owners have a white noise machine in both rooms, but if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll need something louder.

Cozy little house with all the comforts of home! Enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evenings. Close to town! Very comfortable beds and loved the soaker tub! Host even left us glasses for the solar eclipse. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Boerne ❤️

Boerne has become a fall tradition. We love the downtown area and this bungalow is fantastically located for a short walk to Mary’s for breakfast, or a downtown stroll. The house is well appointed and cozy. Would recommend for anyone planning a trip to Boerne.

We enjoyed a nice, relaxing weekend in a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home away from home. The flow of this house is amazing and, although there were only 2 of us there, we could see the possibility of having our grown kids join us if we were to return. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops in Boerne, plus easy day-trip destinations in the area.

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this home!! The decor was outstanding. They had it fully stocked with beautiful items. It is a luxurious, private, & safe place to stay.
We were very comfortable throughout or stay. We had a tiny glitch with check-in when the code did not
work, but one quick call and that was fixed in 5 minutes or less.

After a long-planned trip to Crested Butte had to be canceled due to airline delays, we looked for an easy alternative and discovered the Boerne Bungalow.
When we arrived, we found it was indeed close to Boerne’s fun shops. The inside was immaculate and beautifully decorated in the Joanna Gaines style, down to details like crystal doorknobs. The king-sized bed was super comfortable, with high-end sheets that were lavender-scented, leading to two nights of very restful sleep.
The rooms were perfect for a couple, and the queen-sized bed in the second bedroom would allow a couple of kids to stay as well. The kitchen is well-stocked, has new appliances, and it was easy to prepare light meals.
Since it was in the middle of 100 degree plus weather, it was great to find the AC in this 1889 home kept the inside super comfortable.
We rate our stay at 5 stars overall. (If we had one suggestion, it would be to mitigate the water pressure a bit coming from the shower head.)
If you’re a couple looking for a relaxing getaway and you want to check out the fun shops in downtown Boerne, we highly recommend the Boerne Bungalow!

The house is adorable, clean, in a great location and electronic. So easy to get in and out of and so cozy when we were in it. There are a lot of touches that show the owner really cares and wants to make your stay special.

Super cute house that has been fully updated and remodeled. Kitchen has everything you need. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it sits at a very busy 4way stop intersection. A lot of traffic noise and if you are a light sleeper don’t expect to sleep past 7am.

We stayed at Boerne Bungalow in July and the property was super charming, the home was clean and pretty. The beds were super comfy, especially the master. And the shower/bath was great! Checking in and out was simple, the owners even let us check in early. Unfortunately, we had to cut our two week trip short due to some family circumstances, and the owners, Tammy and Brandan, were very gracious about it and even worked to get the property re-booked for the time that we needed to leave and reimbursed us some of the funds from our reservation. It was super great of them and they really were not required by our rental agreement to do so, but they did it anyways out of the goodness of their hearts. And for that, we are so grateful! I really can't say enough nice things about the property, our stay, the value, the creature comforts, and the sweet owners! Thank you so much!

The house was just as advertised. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the house was well decorated. We drove to town, but in the spring and fall it would not be to far to walk. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Boerne Bungalow! The location was great. It was close to downtown and was a perfect jumping off point for our day trips to Fredericksburg and Bandera. The house was well-appointed with all the necessities.

The house looked just like the pictures. My sister and I had a wonderful time. Loved having cocktail hour on the little porches in the evenings. The kitchen was extremely well equiped, quite large and comfortable for having a meal. All in all such a great experience, we will return!

My wife and I are locals and stayed here for our 17th anniversary. The property is in a great location with quick access to everything you might need or want. Peggy's on the Green is a short walk away (less than a half mile), as is Main Street and all of its attractions.
Everything is nicely furnished and kitchen has everything you'll need. There is a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The King-sized bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and powerful, which was a plus.
We will definitely look forward to staying there again for a future staycation.

Gorgeous space. Good location. Street noise referenced in other reviews was not even noticeable. Yes, the property is located on a somewhat traffic-heavy 4-stop intersection, but that was only noticeable when entering/exiting driveway of property. Overall, you can definitely tell owners put much love and effort into creating a beautiful space. Enjoyed it!
