Very central to Hutchinson Island activities. About 15 minutes to Fort Pierce proper. More amenities than I expected. Would have been nice to know bed was very high (@3.5'). Medical issue cause one of us to sleep on the daybed; still VERY comfortable. Overall, a very nice host and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Neighbors were nice. Reserved parking was great.

This was my first VRBO gig and I was a bit apprehensive, but Gus made it nearly perfect... Great communication, incredibly easy check-in, a wonderful property and even easier check-out made the stay pert near perfect... very nice TV (March Madness)... a well appointed kitchen (had friends over for dinner)... an extremely comfortable living area... the beach right across the street... and very close to local restaurants and night life... Gus has set the bar pretty high for future VRBO hosts...

Was pleasantly surprised by the inside of the condo after arriving and seeing the outside. Although it is across from the beach, you really don't have an ocean view. The condo inside is beautifully decorated with a beachy theme. The communication with the owner was terrific, as well as the app letting you know all the details about the condo and area.

We enjoyed our stay! Very easy to walk to the beach, clean, nice kitchen, comfortable. Property manager was helpful, check-in process was fine. Would come back!

Quiet peaceful place. Very clean and comfortable. It was just as described right across the street from the beach access park. Within walking distance to the jetty also. Gus had everything covered and makes it very easy to access the apartment and everything was clear on what to do when checking out which is minimal. We will definitely stay again!!

You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the property and ensuring that their guests have an enjoyable stay. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, location was convenient to several restaurants. It’s in the area where electric scooters are available to rent, which was a bonus. The snack basket was a nice touch as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would return given the opportunity. Gus was great owner to work with. Highly recommend.

Great location. Had everything you would need. Comfy bed, cold ac, big fridge, oven , tvs. Close to a very quiet beach. Very short drive or moderate walk to nice tiki bar to eat hang out and watch the sunset. Perfect for a weekend get away or a week long stay. Welcome Candies and chocolate in a basket was a nice touch as well.

Great stay! The host was easy to communicate with and check in was super easy. I loved the decor in the condo. It was also very peaceful and close to the ocean. My only comment would be that it had a little bit of a smoke smell. Otherwise I would recommend it!

This place was the perfect size for my wife and I for a short stay.. Access to the beach is across the road and a little bit to the right. There is a couple chairs we would take down to the beach that worked good, although it would be nice to have a beach umbrella. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location on Hutchison Island directly across the street from the ocean. Very close to the jetty and many good places to eat. Owner was great to work with and he even texted us to let us know about the space x launch.

My family came to Fort Pierce for my dad's burial at sea at the Navy Seal Museum. The hotels were booked up except for the very expensive rooms. I found this awesome VRBO on the App. The owner was a wonderful communicator and host. The beach was just across the road and it wasnt busy at all. Of course, it was November 😁 I intend to bring my family back in the future and stay here again. It was just the best!

We had such a great time at this property. It was so comfortable and cute. The beach truly is just a few short steps away and when you get there it is just beautiful...I found so many seashells. Gus, the property owner is great! We wanted to stay an extra day and he was so accommodating. We will come back for sure. E & M

This oceanview condo was wonderful -relaxing from the moment you step foot inside the front door! Everything was exactly as described. The beach was amazing, and just a short walk across the street. The condo was super clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. There was a gift basket awaiting us when we arrived - a nice extra touch. The digital guide book had lots of good information, including local restaurants and places to visit. We used Lisa's Kayaks and had a great time. Thanks for a great anniversary getaway - we'll be back.

Very clean and well stocked unit directly across the street from beach. Nice personalized touch with a welcome basket and alot of personal care items in case you forgot to pack anything. Gus was always quick to respond and the booking and check-in process was a breeze.
