The Neighborhood: Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life. Getting Around: A car is required for getting around Horseshoe Bay. However, the property is a 2 minute walk to the HSB resort Yacht club and is very centrally located around the key resort amenities. Other Things to Note: -- Policies -- - No smoking - 1 dog is permitted, must be under 20 pounds. No puppies or aggressive breeds. $150 pet fee per stay. All dog information must be submitted in Rental Agreement. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $350 dollar fee - No parties or large gatherings. Smaller events or gatherings considered with prior homeowner approval.
