I request for shuttle but I took taxi after two hours wait in the midnight.
Shuttle service need to be better.

No restaurant, hence you have to go out for dinner. Also they didn’t have a generator during power loss

Really nice, cozy and clean rooms. I would recommend staying here. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Good WiFi and modern look and feel. Hot water was nice.
I think the breakfast could've had a bit more options especially some meat options.
Slight confusion when I checked in when the front of desk asked for me to pay with dollars because I had booked on booking.com. After explaining that I didnt have dollars and was able to pay by card she resolved it - but it was a little annoying and unnecessary.

The hotel was clean and bedding and towels changed daily good choice of breakfast and juices and location was great water was hot for shower and staff polite and friendly
Abit of a squeeze to get round the bed but nothing major and the lack of balcony as my reciept stated balcony and city view and I got neither

I had a fun time, everyone was good to me and it was an outstanding hotel. I had excellent customer service and it was a wonderful hotel.

The location is very good it is in the center. The breakfast is also nice but its small space then you have to wait until they fill it again.

It's was a clean hotel with nice bright rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice omelette for breakfast.

it was clean and the rooms were very neat
we didn’t like the fact we had a reservation and we didn’t get the room we reserved also the breakfast was the best and the staff weren’t organised at all

The breakfast was very good I especially enjoyed their tea.
Our wifi and tv wasn’t working for the first 2 days I had to ask few times till I got it working.

The worst experience. I booked and arrived late in the night only to find out they have given my room someone else. I was left without a room at 5am in the morning.

the property was clean, comfortable, bed was amazing with great Wi-Fi connection. staff was super kind! will stay here again once I am in Addis.
location slightly difficult to find on Google maps maybe one block off. also location not really walking distance from downtown - but a short taxi drive away.
