This place is a dump, unsafe(locks barely work) grimy, ugly old. TV and wifi didn’t match so NO TV!? The back deck was gross. I couldn’t get in touch with the owner but I don’t think he has been here for a very long time to see for himself how bad it is. He should have his phone posted on the property. The lock box is a joke, I had access to all the units. So vice versatile. The location was good that’s it.

A great location, right near downtown! When we had some issues with hot water, the property manager was very communicative and worked hard and quickly to resolve the issues. He was attentive, and the house was a charming old victorian, which lots of character. A quick walk to all of the downtown eateries and museum

2 friends and I rented this place for a comedy festival. It was centrally located and easy to get to most places in downtown Portland by walking. Jess was a great property manager and got us extra keys when we asked and let us leave our bags past check-out time as we had later flights and wanted to walk around town without dragging them. The set up was a little confusing at first. Lots of doors! Haha I would say it doesn’t sleep 6 comfortably. We only had three so it didn’t matter but the listing says 6. There is one small bathroom and 2 small double beds in one room and a couch. I don’t think I’d enjoy being here with 6 people. But it’s not impossible! It was nice to have a little outdoor patio space! Overall, was a good trip!

Not luxurious, but entirely adequate for our needs, in an ideal location from which to explore Portland and the surrounding area.

Slightly disappointing

Was very much looking forward to this listing, although there was many concerns during our stay. From the moment we walked in the doors, the apartment smelt of potent weed. We left the windows open for awhile but the smell never left during the weekend. The rugs, couch and beds had dog fur all over them (which for a couple of the visitors, had bad allergies). It was a hot summer weekend and there was no AC units- we ended up finding one and cleaning it off ourselves and installing it in the window ourselves. The apartment, which was advertised to sleep 6, honestly could not comfortably occupy more than 4. Location was great and definitely local to many activities- safe to say, it was good we did not plan to stay much of the time in the apartment.

Great Location and Host
Great Location and Host
The property is centrally located in Portland, with easy walking access to just about everything! The host was very attentive to any request, and was pleasant throughout the entire process. It was a bit of a tight squeeze to fit in 5 people, but the host provided an air mattress to make things more comfortable.
