You’ll have quick access to 4 of Denver's major highways: I-25, Boulder Turnpike (I-36), I-70 and I-76. Our home is comfortably situated in a lovely suburban neighborhood, yet centrally located and just 15 minutes from downtown Denver. Travelers from out of state will love the proximity from the airport - less than a 30-minute drive! If you’re a foodie looking to explore the local Denver food scene, there are over 6 local Mexican and Asian restaurants, as well as a locals favorite breakfast spot. For the coffee snobs, there’s a local Schoolhouse that was turned into an eco-conscious cafe just down the street from our home! You’ll be just minutes away from several Trailheads, open spaces and parks - perfect for those wanting a little nature without adventuring too far. Just a quick drive to reach downtown Denver and easy access to I-70 that will take you straight to the mountains, our home is in a fantastic location! Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.
