Roku smart Full HD TV. August Smart Key. Nest smart thermostat. Alexa enabled home. Memory foam Queen beds. Full kitchen. Relaxing balcony with tranquilizing view of pine trees. High efficiency washer and dryer. Easy access to major highways. Walking distance to all shopping and food. Guest access Pool, fitness center and clubhouse. Pool closed from 9/11-4/30 Free parking on premise Free Washer and Dryer Free High speed wifi ROKU SMART TV Coffee Maker Fully Stocked Kitchen Other things to note Do NOT smoke inside my house or on the patio. Smoke is only permitted outdoor. There's a $200 penalty if any signs of smoke is found inside. This is 2nd floor unit. Be courteous to neighbors and no loud noises after 10PM. Pool is closed after September 10th.

Family wedding
We stayed at the property for a family wedding nearby. Unfortunately we were only there to sleep one night but there was lots of space and the beds were comfortable. Tons of storage. Would love to come back when we could stay longer.

My family and I had a great stay at this Fenton condo. It is actually nicer than you can tell by the pictures. The unit was extremely clean. My wife is very particular and she had no complaints which is an accomplishment! The location is close to everything you can possibly need. We will definitely make this our go to when we are in Fenton. The owner Wayne was very helpful and responsive. We had absolutely zero complaints!
